Wait times for a csr to come on the phone can be more than a half an hour. They need to add a voice prompt option for appointments.

Excellent technician

I paid for premium .oh installation which I thought included concealing all the wires but the wires were just contained with zip ties. he recommended going on amazon and purchasing concealing kit. Other than that, everything else was great.

Best Buy's source of repairs is primarily their Geek Squad with an occasional use of 3rd party resources. The installer, Keith was very personable and insightful. More than that, Keith is a veteran which as a veteran is very near and dear to my heart. Once the installation was completed Keith ran my dishwasher through a couple of cycles to ensure there were no water leaks. By trade and experience Keith is an Plumbing, I would use him again if the work warranted it because he really knows his work!!!!

It wasn't the cheapest, but they seemed the most knowledgeable. Go in store to hire though if you live in a regulated area to make sure your price is correct. The phone sales person was going to charge me less, but it is because they didn't understand local regulations. Though they were cheaper than Lowe's, Home Depot and Sears. The other services recommended by Home Advisor didn't seem to understand the regulations.
