The gentlemen that installed my TV were super professional, knowledgeable, the finished work was flawless. They programmed my remotes and sound system too.

We hired Best buy geek squad and they were late for the appointment, poor customer service, lack of communication. Worker didn't really seem to know or understand what he was doing overall. I was unaware that you purchase from best buy and they subcontract to complete install. They gave us the run around between both contractors. When we went through subcontractor for answers they would revert us back to best buy who would in turn state they did not have input on subcontractor scheduling. this happened with both installations. Did also hire them for another job a range hood installation. They did not show up for this second job. They where late after rescheduling. When came to install range hood. They indicated needed another piece. So two option buy new item or have piece manufactured due to this part was not available. They didn't communicate this a head of time. The refund after talking to them said will take two weeks.

Did not hire the Geek Squad. Spent 20 minutes on hold, then was asked if I wanted a call back. I opted for this, received my call back 30 min later, then spent another 20 min on hold only to speak to someone who had no clue about appliances or even installing them. I am not sure why this person was even working in the department. The Geek Squad was a complete waste of my time even trying to speak with them. If their customer service is any indication of what their install services are like, run away!

It took a little time to get the project started, and more time to get all the details worked out. Colorado is just too busy and the people out here are rich. My theater project isn't completed yet, but I know I'll be happy with it since Best buy took thw time to fully understand what I wanted.

the installers were great. Best Buy was awful (the people I bought the dryer from). They wasted easily 3 hours of my time on the phone because the left hand (online shopping) didn't know that Best Buy also offered the installation service for a fee in non-standard situations. Fee wasn't the issue. My wasted time due to BB corporate ignorance was

They did a great job. Very nice, thorough and courteous. Good work and left the house very clean. We were really happy, thank you! We talked to Handyman Matters locally and they were 3-4x as expensive for the same work. This was a great value and great experience throughout.
