Best Buy did an amazing job mounting the my sound bar to my TV. They went above and beyond what I thought they could do. Definitely would hire again for future projects. Highly recommend Jack, he was the installer who helped me today!!

Installation on Saturday but so far very pleased.

Very customer oriented, polite and efficient. Even gave me his cell phone number incase there was a problem

The installers did a great job. I m happy I hired them.

Had a rare audio problem with new tv but with old receiver for surround sound. Randy, after many trials, was about to suggest that I needed to buy a new receiver,,,when he tested one last theory....and it worked!!! Perserverence, knowledge prevailed!

They were the" best"

Absolutely the most unorganized group I have ever done business with. No one from their company took any responsibility for any mistakes made. Everything was my fault according to them and their management was willing to give me back $1,000 I would spend on Smart Home equipment rather than apologizing 4 mistakes made by there Geek Squad who is composed of half-wits at best. I know this because they have worked not only at my home but also my business they do not return calls they always pass the responsibility on to someone else. Customer service is horrible. It is very evident they do not 1 have any management invested in the success of the the business. I know good help is hard to find honestly I would say the guys did a good job at what they did however is the fact that getting them to do it was worse than pulling teeth.

Installer inspected job site and recommended a lower priced product than the original proposal. The lower cost product actually works better, faster than my original idea. They saved me thousands.
