Terrible customer service. Oven range was dropped off and not installed. I was told it required complex installation. The representive from Best Buy was rude on the phone and implied that somehow I should’ve known this despite there being no information regarding this at time of purchase. I was given one option ...Pay more. Which I decided to do but of course no one could come that day, and a time frame was unknown. I had called the rep 5min after they took away my old range and I was told I couldn’t have it returned. On top of this my complaint was escalated after speaking with this rep however the rep esssentially hang up on me by transferrrjng me back to the main menu to start the process all over again. To be fair a second rep contacted was much nicer on the phone but funny enough the rep didn’t come through on any of their promises for a call back to install or anything else. I ended up installing the “complex” range myself. It was evident that no one from the geek squad had read the manual for installation. So my trust in Best Buy is gone.... from their sales reps (who don’t know the products they’re selling) to the installers who don’t know the products they are installing since they likely do not read the installation documents. So if u want shoddy work on installation, or in my case no installation, and terrible customer service... then get an appliance from Best Buy.

The guy on the phone sold me a service they don't perform. also said i needed an 80 dollar part i didn't need. tech who came to my house was great and professional. He explained it all and i was able to hire the right person but the guy on the phone was a used car salesman at best
