Description of Work: They cleaned the house! They did a good job.

Description of Work: They always show up. Sometimes the scheduler has had them come at the wrong times in the day. I require a afternoon visit because my husband sometimes works from home. Once they were here in the evening. I do not like that because at that time of day we are trying to live in the house. When moving the service from one county to the other I had to wait for the service to start over again. I had not planned for that. I have used them for about two years now and will probably continue with them. I gave a B because I would desire them to do more than they offer. I mostly need beds made, bathroom and kitchen cleaned and floors cleaned.

Description of Work: I have hired the Cleaning Authority as my regular housecleaners. Their service is very easy to work with and delivers good value for the money. They have also been helpful in accommodating my travel schedule.

Description of Work: Entire house cleaning. Left rugs unshaken, dirt on kitchen floor--appeared to be cleaned with dirty mop/rag; toilets not cleaned under rim; finished laundry room skipped completely; company gave us a credit for the cleaning, then got a bill from them with a past due notice! Promised not to send the same crew the next time, but the SAME two people arrived yesterday, the 22nd, to clean! I requested a Wednesday service, but still have not received it after 6 weeks.

Description of Work: They did a nice job cleaning the house. The prices are a little high, and the policies on cancellations are getting stricter, but overall they do a good job, and were more consistent then my previous cleaners.

Description of Work: They clean my home every 2 weeks. They are reliable and generally do a thorough job. Some crew members do a better job than others, but for the most part they do a good job, particularly compared to others I have used.

Description of Work: We've used them every other week for over a year now. They do a great job every time. Very professional high quality work is performed. My only wish is that there was some regularity to the time they come. We always know the day but they could show up anywhere between 8am and 4pm.

Description of Work: After waiting for them for a half an hour after their scheduled time, I called the office and left a message. They called back and said the person was on their way. A half an hour later, still no one. Called again. They said the person couldn't find the place. I live in a VERY easy to find location. A half an hour later, they call back, and say the person can't find a place to park. I live in a building with it's own parking garage and guest parking spots. Finally, after being an hour and a half late, the person who is supposed to do the cleaning calls, and says that she is on the way, but it will take her at least an hour. I tell her that there is no need to come, then, and she yells at me, saying that if she knew that, she wouldn't have gotten out of bed! LOL! It was "an experience", I'll say that for them... but not one I would ever want again.

Description of Work: They have cleaned for me every two weeks for about eight years and am very pleased with their work and their willingness to accommodate my special requests.

Description of Work: Clean, vacuum, dust the floors, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, laundry room, den, basement. Always a nice job and I keep my sanity not feeling overwhelmed with house cleaning. |I just want to say that you should always give these hard workers a nice tip.
