Description of Work: The first year or so they did a good job. Over time, however, they cut corners and didn't do a thorough job. They also broke things and didn't disclose that at the time - I would find things broken after they had cleaned.

Description of Work: Co-Owner came to my home, was punctual and answered all questions I had. She provided a quote but indicated her sister (other co-owner) would actually be doing the cleaning. She (the sister) lives in Buffalo, I am in Zimmerman, and I would be charged for her travel time. Price a little high per hour + travel time is far out of the ballpark for me. Needless to say, I didn't go with them.

MASTERS OF THE WIPEDOWN - THINGS WERE NOT SCRUBBED DOWN AND CLEANED.
Description of Work: THE PEOPLE WHO CLEANED MY HOUSE WERE VERY NICE, BUT THEY WERE THE MASTERS OF THE WIPEDOWN. EVERYTHING LOOKED CLEAN, BUT WHEN I LOOKED CLOSER, IT REALLY WAS NOT. THEY CLEANED THE ENTIRE HOUSE AND WOULD "SPECIALIZE" ON A ROOM EVERY VISIT.

Our records indicate when this member called to terminate service with us she stated it was for financial reasons. We asked her if she had been satisfied with the service and she said yes- at first it was not as good but they have been doing a much better job. We did offer to clean her on a less frequent bases, which would lower her monthly cost but she declined. Our records do indicate she was not happy with one of her cleans. We addressed the items and received nothing but satisfied comments from that point on. We have dedicated staff that does numerous surprise in-home inspections on or cleaners each week to ensure we are cleaning to our system and homes are being maintained to our standards. We did inspect this particular home on 2 separate occasions also leaving behind a letter asking the client to call if they had any concerns or comments.

They are certainly pleasant when they come. There are sometimes little things that could be done better, like leaving discoloration in the sink or not cleaning around faucets very well. Different teams come each time, so I will leave a note asking them to pay special attention to something and they always do. We are satisfied with them. They follow up very carefully when it comes to scheduling. We will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: They clean my house once every two weeks. Two or three come at one time and are probably here for 2 - 2 1/2 hours. They vacuum, clean the kitchen, a very good job on the bathrooms, all the floors and what a traditional housecleaning would entail. They do part of the house on one visit and the rest of the house on the next.

Our first thought when entering our home after it was cleaned, was that it smelled musty and like smoke. The results were very uneven. Some things were cleaned very well and others were cleaned poorly or not at all. We requested they come back to re-clean several things, which they did. Overall, we did not get a good first impression of this company and would not recommend it to anyone.
Description of Work: We had an initial deep clean done on our home. The deep clean focused on the kitchen and our three bathrooms. In addition, a regular clean was to be done on the remainder of the house.

THIS COMPANY BID ON PERFORMING BI-MONTHLY HOUSE CLEANING FOR US. THEIR FIRST CLEANING OF OUR HOUSE, RESULTED IN A CALL TO THEM TO REPORT SOME TASKS WERE NOT COMPLETED AND OTHERS WERE DONE POORLY. IN ADDITION, THEY LEFT A NOTE THAT GLASS CLEANER WAS SPILLED ON THE CARPETING IN TWO ROOMS. WHILE THE OWNER RETURNED CALLS PROMPTLY AND CAME BACK TO ''RE-DO'' THE JOB, HER OVERALL TONE WHEN DEALING WITH ME WAS ABRASIVE AND DEFENSIVE. AFTER DISCUSSING THEIR FAILURE TO MEET MY EXPECTATIONS, SHE OFFERED TO ''VOID'' MY CONTRACT AND I AGREED. OVERALL, THIS COMPANIES ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS LACKING AND DID NOT MEET MY NEEDS.
