I needed a tune-up because the garage door often would bounce up after closing (sometimes took 5-6 tries before it would stay shut - very nervewracking). I was very satisfied with their work & I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Steve noted that when our garage door was replaced (before we bought the house, but fairly recently) whoever did it didn't replace the rusted rollers or repair the track or adjust the weather stripping so that the door wouldn't bounce up after closing. Recommend highly!

I sent an e mail to Steve and he responded almost immediately. His estimate was spot on. Came on time, very professional, did cleanup and provided us a lovely new garage door. The experience was low, low stress which I give Twin River all the credit for!

The plastic at the bottom of my garage door broke. I wanted to replace it and called Twin River Doors. Unfortunately the plastic was not replaceable, but the contractor did a tune up for $29 and advised me to replace some items to lengthen the use of the garage door. He was nice and sounded trust worthy, so I let him replace the rollers.

He arrived on time...examined the problem and described to me my repair options. I agreed to his recommendations and he went to work. He was fast and explained as he was going. Besides the $29 for the Angie's list work the extra cables, rollers, and labor was $90, which I thought was quite reasonable.

It looks great. It operates well and the provider was extremely responsive.Price was higher because we needed a larger door than was offered in the special. Still priced lower than most.

It went very well. They completed the job when I wasn't home. Everything was cleaned up and the job was performed well.

Steve was very professional and helpful. He was able to intall the garage door within a few days of us ordering the product which was what we needed. We were informed right away when his schedule changed that morning and were given a better estimate of time he would arrive. After the installation Steve gave me tips and tricks for maintaining the garage door which I found extremely helpful. When he was finished he hauled away our old garage door. All of this at a reasonable price, we would not hesitate to call him again.

Steve did a great job and was very accommodating to my schedule. He was right on time and was extremely polite. The original intent was to replace trim and fix the intermittent problem with the door closing. He made the necessary adjustment and replaced the trim seal within a half hour. He recommended to replace the old rollers with a higher end roller bearing which he did within the next 15 minutes. He walked me through how to maintain the rollers and door in and stated that everything else looked fine. He was honest and did not try and sell me something I didn?t need like a new opener. I thought the $125 was extremely reasonable and worth every penny. I recommended him to my co-worker and he did help them with their door and the experience was mutual about the service.

He was very friendly and knowledgable, and genuinely put the customer's needs first.

He did a great job! Was on time, excellent price/value and very pleased with his suggestions (i.e., suggested changing out 11-year-old plastic lift wheels for better quality ones for increased safety and for quieter operation).

This was a birthday gift for our son. Steve was flexible with his schedule and we worked out a time to meet at my son's place, even though it was little outside his normal territory. He was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. The job was complete in less than an hour and our son is very pleased with the smooth operation. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me how to lubricate and maintain my garage doors to get the longest life out of them. He gave me fair and reasonable estimates for parts and service should I choose to do them.

I bought a voucher for $599 installed garage door. They were out within two days to install the new one and take out the old one. The previous owners did such a bad job installing it, that it took over 4 hours to complete the job. With all the extra labor and cost, I was only charged an extra $50, which still put the total well below any other garage I have seen (without the installation!)

Tried to open my garage door and it wouldn't open all the way. I didn't know what was wrong. A friend referred me to Twin River Door Sales because they had great service and a great experience with them in the past. I called Twin River Door Sales and was told that someone could come out to look at it the same day! Steve came out later that day and upon inspection, told me that I had a broken spring. He recommended that both springs be changed because they run on a cycle life of how many times the door is opened and closed and that the other spring would surely break soon too. Changing both at one time would save another service call in the near future. He had the springs on hand and changed it right on the spot. He also did a visual inspection of my door and oiled up all the hinges, track, and springs. Steve was very neat, courteous, honest and helpful. I would recommend Twin River Door Sales to anyone that needs garage door service!
