Service went great! We call Twin River Door Sales whenever we have a garage door problem. Twin River has been serving our garage doors since 2011. On this call our garage door operates better than before the spring broke. They took extra care and looked at the whole door system. They even took time to review our past door history.

Fantastic with no problems. Steve did a great job.l and is a total pro. Removed old door hauled away replaced all door tracks etc. installed new GDO too. I never met with him face to face. I had a trashed door replaced to prep for a real estate property sale. Picked door style and color over phone. I sent a couple pictures of existing door hardware and center rail to Steve so he could determine proper center rail part required, and he did the rest. We had scheduling conflicts so Steve came on a day I was unavailable and completed as promised, unsupervised and cleaned up and it turned out great!!! Twin River Doors stayed true to bid to the penny and the owner traveled outside his normal territory by 15 miles for a very minimal fee. Will hire again! Good prices on website. Good quality door.

First, they never called me to set up a time. After two weeks I called them. They told me they were to busy and would have to find time to do the job for the low amount of $39.95 If you put out an Angie's List offer, you need to be able to provide the service.

Scheduling was quick and flexible with Twin River. I needed the job done quick as I was leaving for out of town. They showed up when promised. Upon looking at my door and springs it turned out the deal I had bought was for a lighter and shorter door. I was told it would be $10 more and was given the reason, which all made perfect sense to me, so I okayed it. Repair was quick and done to my satisfaction.

The key-less entry pad is not working. I've tried to call the company several times to come out and fix this issue and they won't return my calls.

Steve answered my call on the first attempt. He was very personable and listened to what I said without cutting me off. He came out the same day exactly when he said he would. He was the most professional contractor I have ever met. Many could learn from Steve. We talked about how he would fix the doors. We are interested in upgrading to a wood colored door and he gave me samples and told me about the ap on his site to use a pic of my current doors vs. different colors/styles. I will look at it soon. He walked me through the replacement process and I was impressed with the details he outlined. His quality work exceeded my expectations and he throughly tested the doors before he was paid. His price was more than fair. I look forward to working with him in the future!

Based on the positive reviews and offer on Angie's List I purchases the 16x7 door deal. Steve reached out to me (don't remember how long it took, but It was pretty quick). He answered all my questions and asked me to make a few measurements and provide him with some information for the install. This all went smooth and easy. There was no pressure to upgrade the door or anything. I asked Steve some questions about upgrading, and he laid out the differences and pointed out any advantages that can be gained by using different doors. The base price of the special was for a single layer steel door, I ended up getting the Double-Layer: Steel + Insulation. Steve and his partner arrived on time and were very professional, kind, and were easy to talk to. The job went quickly and Steve pointed out some issues of concern with my garage door opener. I wasn't surprised, my old door was in bad shape and putting strain on the opener. He gave me an idea what it would cost to replace, which was a good price. I've installed a few on my own so told him I would tackle that myself. He gave me some great pointers and tips (brands and features to consider) for when I go shopping. Beginning to end it was a GREAT experience, I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them if I have any future garage door needs.

I ordered the tune up for the garage door on my new (to me) 1960s house. I needed the bottom seal and side seal replaced on the door. I also mentioned to him that the door's safety function triggers in cold weather and goes up when I want it to close. He noticed that the main opener device was mounted off-center in the garage and that was putting extra stress on the chain drive. He offered to fix it for a small additional charge and I agreed. I haven't had any issues with the door this winter and the new seals have kept the mice out!

Good communication throughout. Provided photo-shopped examples of how various models and colors would look, after having taken picture of existing door, which was very helpful. Installation was completed as scheduled, and was seamless and required no input from us. The product was an improvement from the previous door (one-sided, no insulation to insulated, two-sided). The door operates smoothly and very quietly.

Very quick response upon purchasing service online. Showed up and realized new springs needed to be ordered for correct sizing. Made a temporary fix so i could use door until springs arrived. I originally purchase the garage door tune-up special, but after I took a close look at my (at least) 30 year old garage door, I decided to install a new garage door. Steve advised me to purchased the new garage door special on Angies list.. Since I decided to purchase a new door, Steve said it didn't pay to do a tune-up on the existing door and he adjusted the price of my new door by $30. I did upgrade the basic door to a door that had windows so that i could get more light in the garage. I am happy with my new door and the installation. Steve explained the options available to me and how the door would be installed for my particular installation. Installation took about an hour. They were very professional and helpful.

Provider was punctual and professional. He worked quickly and was able to make some changes to the tracks to allow our new door to fit in our very old garage. There was a dent in one panel that appeared to have been made when loading the truck from their warehouse. They called the warehouse immediately and arranged a replacement. The provider offered me to switch out the panel at a later time or to leave the panel with only a minor dent for a $100 credit off my total bill. Although I very much appreciated the offer to save $ I wanted the door done right and not have to worry about replacing it again in a year or two. I explained that we would be moving out of the house but did arrange for the provider to have access to the garage when we were not present. The provider did not return as expected a week or two later but when I called to find out the status he said he'd been trying to email me and contact me via Angie's List and I did see the messages I had missed. Once we arranged a time and confirmed I wanted the panel replaced, the provider did so within a few days. Very happy with their service, professionalism and efficiency. I would recommend to any one in Twin Cities area.

When the technician came he realized that this was not the service I am in need of. He could have taken my money and did the job anyway. I appreciated the honesty from the technician in advising to wait until the job needs to be done.

I purchased a new house and the garage doors were off. Two people came to the house, inspected the door and told me what needed fixed. The new rollers and tune up made my door nearly silent. Also gave me the confidence that everything was working as it should with the doors.

Excellent company! Great communications, and flexibility. They came exactly on time, and modified their schedule to fit my need. Steve is very knowledgeable, works fast, clean a I initially only asked for the door tune up, but ended up doing much more than I planned, but he did not pressure sale. His prices are on the high side, but his advise was valid and quality of work superb! I have a very good working door now.

It was fantastic. They were great. They listened to what I had to say. They advised me on my garage door and how long it's gonna last. They gave me good information on it.

After purchasing the service online, I called the vendor and discussed a day and time that he would come out and he promised me that they would be out between Wednesday and Thursday of that week. After one week had passed, I called to follow up. The owner was very gracious in that he apologized that they had some scheduling mishaps and he would be out the next day. I left the courtyard door to garage open for him. He came the next day, did his work and I was able to park in my garage before the big thunderstorm came. I was very pleased with the work!
