Description of Work: Steve from Twin River Garage Door went the extra mile to set up our appointment. I purchased a spring replacement coupon from Angie's List and as we were talking we knew what day he would be at my home but he was unsure what time. Steve needed to map his travel schedule so he stopped what he was doing, figured it out, and called me back so he could give me an arrival time. This was very helpful so I could plan my day. | |Steve showed up on time and installed a new spring on my garage door as promised. He let me know upfront that the spring which I purchased was not as heavy duty as my door required. I was not surprised given my door's construction and gladly paid him the extra $25. | |I would use Steve and Twin River Door sales again any time.

Description of Work: Twin Cities came out and performed the 29-point tune up. I pointed out a problem with the garage door not going up or down on occasion. He was able to show me and put on a stronger bracket at the bottom of the garage track as well as see some plastic track wheels that were worn. He replaced those and the door is now functioning. On time, cheerful and helpful.

Did a great job for me and told me if I have a problem, give him a call. | | My neighbor had the exact garage door model replaced by another company who left the old door for him to deal with and even charged him more money. Description of Work: The owner Steve does the work himself. He is incredibly honest and does great maintenance. The Machine was in great shape and do not need have inspection or service annually. He builds trust and protected me from spending more money than I needed.
