Pella Windows and Doors

Description of Work: removed main floor windows and replaced with Pella. Installation crew worked non-stop till the job was done. Very friendly guys and answered all of my questions. Left no mess. They even helped move our grand piano.

Description of Work: Pella removed the old sliding door and replaced it with French doors. They did a wonderful job and the doors are beautiful. It was nice having one person to contact for anything I needed.

Description of Work: Replace two front casement windows. There were two installers. One of them was very conscientious and was training the other. The other man's work was somewhat lacking. He left a nail in wood molding and then tried to cover it up with putty. Am also somewhat dissatisfied with color of wood as it does not match existing wood. However, taken as a whole, they did a fairly good job.

Description of Work: A basement bathroom window which required the best window money could buy as it is a cold space. And, a wide basement window....which is just plain beautiful! | |I would hire them again a heart beat.

Description of Work: We had 4 bids on new windows for our condo. Renewal by Andersen, Pella, Signature Select Contracting and Home Depot. Pella was more than twice as expensive as Signature Select and Home Depot which are Andersen A-100 series windows and almost twice as expensive as Renewal by Andersen. The salesman and installer were nice.

Description of Work: We bought top-of-the-line Pella Windows, p[purchased directly from Pella and installed by certified Pella installers. The windows arrived on the promised date. The installers were very professional, very clean. Pella windows are not iniexpensive, but the top of the line is an excellent window.

Description of Work: Replace front entry door and garage entry door. Front entry door involved replacing a double door with a single steel door with 2 sidelights which needed to be a custom size. The second door was a simple steel utility door. The installers arrived on time, the total job took about 4 hours with a 5 person crew. It was a very cold day and they did their best to work fast and minimize exposure to the cold. Very professional and worked with us to coordinate work with alarm company. Good clean up and a very nice product.

Description of Work: windows | |BIG HOWEVER, they delayed in responding few attempts to receive calls, ultimately Renewal by Anderson DID reply and we went with them for the rest of the house. Apparently not a high level of caring for a repeat customer.

Another two more visits because of trip and a replacement window pane. I REALLY like my windows from Pella and would stay with them. The multiple times having to schedule was an inconvenience.

Description of Work: A very professional and "rapid" installation of 8 windows in early January. Installers did an exceptional job, without having any one window space open more than absolutely necessary to take out the old and install the news windows. And they were very neat, and clean. Covered the floors and furniture everywhere they worked. A great job. Worth every penny
