On time Appt. , Good Crew to work with , Knowledgable about system & how to repair it , Seem to have ALL parts on truck ! Some communication gap between office & customer about pricing / bid . over all pleased with work & would recommend company .

I did their $90 start up and my system is now working perfectly. However, my backflow valve wasn’t working so they took it away, fixed it, and brought it back. I wasn’t given any idea how much this would cost, and I got a bill for $400. Thinking that this was included in the $90, I was very frustrated in such a large bill. In the end, I told them I was happy with the work, but some info along the way would have been preferred. I don’t like working with companies who don’t keep you in the know throughout the process.

I thought the value was great. Got start-up service, sprinkler head repaired & all heads adjusted. It would have taken us hours so it was totally worth the money.

Not sure about the value because I am not aware of how much it costs since they bill you following the completion of the project. Whatever it is it was probably worth it.

Friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Took the time to ask questions and show me what was wrong and how to fix it. Eric and is assistant were awesome! Will work with them in the future.
