Irrigation Management

If I could give these folks from Irrigation Management a 10 out of 5 I could. I just started using them this year. Eric and his team found and fixed several issues I could not see. Better pressure and coverage. I am in the midst of laying some sod. They prioritized my request. Eric and Don came out and looked at every head to see that all of the sod was getting hit. Made some adjustments, replaced a head. Very customer focused. Highly recommend Irrigation Management.

Chris, the service technician, did an excellent job diagnosing, explaining, and repairing the problem.

Chris came to winterize our sprinkler system and responded to our last minute call. Also, he was the only one who would come on a Saturday when we needed the service, plus some services would not come because we have a lake system.. We will definitely use him again next fall, and also he is coming in the spring to help fix a couple broken parts. I would recommend them to anyone needing great service!

They were 1.5 hours late to the appointment. I left a message at the office at the point of one hour late, no one ever called me back. They just showed up half an hour after that.

Called me right away. Very pleasant and accommodating. Service was prompt and done well. Would recommend.

They arrived promptly and got right to work. They knew what they were doing; they were finished in less than an hour (it is a small sprinkler system). Good value!

A bit expensive. Surprised they did not turn the ball valves on my system to avoid damage to the valves if there was water or moisture behind the ball.
