Description of Work: Honestly, I don't know how some folks stay in business. I called to arrange an appointment for a quote. The call center picked up and promised a person would call back that day. Two days later - nothing - so I called again last Wednesday . the call center promised someone would call back. 3 days & the weekend later. Nothing. I suppose I could chase them down but why bother?

Description of Work: Once I was able to get a hold of Diversified Drainage, everything went SUPER smooth. I happened to try to get them when they had taken a much needed vacation that had no cell service. But after that, they were very punctual, did exactly what they said they would do (plus extra when asked) and were the most amazing clean professionals I've ever seen. The worksite was spotless every night! And they are moving dirt - how does that happen ----- they make it happen. I can't be more happy to recommend them. Solved our problem in a very quick manner. Happy customer.

Description of Work: Contacted Diversified Drainage to get an opinion and estimate on correcting grading issues around a 14-year-old house that had experienced seepage. Prompt return of call and appointment set up in quick time frame. Showed up on time and was clearly knowledgeable. Recommended solution would have certainly corrected the problem, but admitted that it could be overkill. Price was prohibitive and ultimately decided to use a local landscaper to correct the issue for less cost and less intrusive equipment.

Also sent him an email via the link provided on Angie's List and never received a reply. Two other companies we contacted from Angie's List called us back same day and one will get our business.

Description of Work: I had a couple footings for my deck that were heaving from frost. The contractor that I hired to redo the footings had said that he wanted Mitch from Diversified to come out and do a soil evaluation to see if any drainage work needed to be done before the contractor would do an estimate/work. Mitch was very prompt and he had a lot of good suggestions. He said that he felt that based on the soil sampling if the footings were redone properly (belled out, etc.) there should be no problems and that further drainage wasn't needed (since we don't have problems with standing water, etc.

They gave us a realistic date when they could get the work done which was slightly later than I would have liked but were honest about their schedule up front rather than over promising. They ended up getting to our job a week or two earlier than expected. They finished in two days and did a great job cleaning up. They did a great job replacing the sod that they had to remove to install the drainage tile. Overall, they fixed our issue and did quality work.
Description of Work: We have had a drainage issue in our backyard since we've been in our home. Diversified Drainage worked with us to determine the best solution and installed drainage tile.

+ -1 moreWHEN I HAD MY HOUSE BUILT, THE LOT HAD CAT O' NINE TAILS. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY FIRST CLUE THAT I WOULD HAVE WATER PROBLEMS. I HAVE SUFFERED WITH A MUSHY BACK YARD FOR 20 YEARS. SO HAVE 3 OTHER NEIGHBORS. I HAD THE CITY OUT MANY TIMES TO FIX IT, BUT THEY ALWAYS LEFT SCRATCHING THEIR HEAD. I FOUND DIVERSIFIED DRAINAGE IN THE YELLOW PAGES AND DECIDED TO TRY ONE LAST TIME. MITCH IS FANTASTIC. HE SOLVED THE PROBLEM FOR FOUR HOUSES THAT NO ONE ELSE COULD. HE IS YOUNG AND SO I HAD RESERVATIONS UNTIL I CHECKED HIS REFERENCES. THEY ALL HAD MARVELOUS THINGS TO SAY ABOUT HIM. AS IT TURNS OUT, THEY DIDN'T EXAGGERATE A BIT. IF YOU HAVE A TOUGH WATER PROBLEM, MITCH CAN PROBABLY FIX IT. HE IS EXTREMELY NICE, PROFESSIONAL AND HAS A GOOD CREW AS WELL. THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL, ON TIME, AND DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I HAVE CHECKED WITH THE FOUR NEIGHBORS (IT IS ALMOST A YEAR NOW AND WE HAVE HAD SOME EXCEPTIONALLY BAD RAIN STORMS) AND THEY ALL AGREE THAT IT WAS MONEY WELL SPENT.
Description of Work: PUT IN A DRAINAGE SYSTEM TO TAKE CARE OF STANDING WATER IN MY BACKYARD. THEY ALSO HOOKED ALL MY GUTTER DOWN SPOUTS TO THE SYSTEM. THAT CHARGE WAS IN ADDITION TO THE AMOUNT SHOWN.
