Description of Work: We called for an estimate for two mid-sized projects. Vern responded and came out very quickly. However, we simply never heard back. It has been 2 months.

Description of Work: Icontacted this vwndor to get a qoute on finishing a room in the basement. I was interested because angies list has advertised that he coul finish a whole basement fo 10,000. So i assume rhe price would be reasonavle to finish one bedroom. The prica qouted me to finish the one bedroom was almost as much as the whole basement finishing price. Very disappointing. The owner did not seem to know much about what angies list had advertised on his behalf. I felt the advertising was a little deceitful. However the owner was very cordial and professional.

Description of Work: Vern built us a new deck 14x14 made of cedar to attach to our home built last Fall. Just finished the job yesterday. We absolutely love it. He takes great pride in his work. Could not be happier with the end result. Very professional and timely. Was out promptly to look at the project and was given an estimate the next day. You will be very satisfied and glad you chose him to do your work!
