When I called, the scheduler worked with the staff to get them to come out the next day. Ben did a pre call to let me know what time frame he would be out. I had to go to work at noon, so the scheduler and Ben made sure he arrived at a time where the work could be done so I would be able to go to work on time. Within a half hour of arrival the job was completed. Ben showed me what the problem was prior to doing the work so I knew what was going be done.

Had a good experience with no pressure sales appointment of Costco package and pricing. Liked the Costco inclusions such as upgraded springs and rollers. Chose Amarr Heritage due to warranty and price. Set install appointment a couple weeks after sales appointment since product had to be ordered. Installer showed up on time and took a little over 2 hours to complete the job. This included removing my garage door opener and re-installing it once the new door was in. Upon completion, I inspected the work and noticed the door, when fully open, jammed against the garage door opener's rail as the new tracks have a greater angle than the old ones. I asked the installer to move the opener to accommodate the door's new path. I feel that the installer should have made this adjustment without me pointing it out. Everything up to that point was great. Everything since then has been great. Love the new door - the quiet operation, the look, the quality. During last week's heat wave, my garage wasn't super hot. It replaced a builder's grade door from the 80s so huge improvement all around.

It went very well. Ben is a very good worker. He called between 7:30 - 8:00am as promised. Gave the time he'd be there. Was prompt, looked over the problem, came up with a solution, explained how long to fix it and a price. Was done about 30 to 40 minutes later, showed me that it now worked. He answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the entire process.

Both the technician and the woman I spoke to on the phone were very professional and friendly. I was pleased that they made an effort to work me in the same day. The technician also explained everything he was doing and helped me know what to look for if something similar happened in the future. Overall very positive experience.

My neighbor put a crease in my 8 year old Ideal garage door. We considered replacing the panel and painting the entire garage door to have a consistent sandtone color. We came across Costco’s deal with Amarr Garage Doors and their contract with All Seasons Garage Door Co to install them. The old door was very similar to the quality of the new Amarr door. The cost difference was about $400 to replace the panel/paint vs $1,200 for a new Amarr door/install. We opted for the new Amarr door through Costco. I knew nothing about All Seasons, but figured that if Costco had approved them, they should be good. Installation was on 9/24/12. The installer called around 7:30 a.m. to tell me he was going to arrive between 8:30-9:30. He showed up at 10, driving several feet onto my grass instead of staying on the driveway. He noted that there was a delay at his supplier which caused him to be late. I told him I needed to be back to work around noon. He mentioned that since this was a pretty new door that was being removed, he should easily be done within two hours. I went back into the house and about a and frac12; hour later stepped out to see how it was going. He had removed the old door and was getting ready to install the new one. He had left the old weather strip on the door frame. I thought new trim was included in the price. He mentioned it was, but since the old trim still looked in good condition that he wasn’t planning on replacing it. Um, sorry, if I purchased it you’ll be replacing it. It wasn’t his choice to make. At this time I noticed he also had a cheek full of chew and had several brown chew spits on my driveway. Pretty gross, but I thought I could just hose it down once he left. At about the two hour mark, he was still fine tuning the panels and starting to get them installed into their tracks. I noticed he had removed the old trim and was now spitting snuff filled brown juice all over my garage floor. Finally near the three hour mark, I went out and told him I had to get going to work and asked when the installation was going to be finished. He mentioned it was finished and asked if I could sign off on the paperwork. As I did, I noticed that there wasn’t an interior lock mounted on the door. I asked if this was not included in the price or maybe Amarr doors didn’t have this feature. He realized he forgot to install it. Embarrassed, he pulled his tools back out, found the part and quickly installed it. He said he was going to finish putting things away and then head to his next assignment. I asked for an owners manual to show care/maintenance of the new door. He mentioned he forgot it, but told me to just squirt some silicone spray in the roller bearings every couple months. It is now 1 p.m. (his two hour job took an extra hour). I’m heading out of the house to get to work and noticed that all the items (garbage/recycle bins, bikes, brooms, etc.) had not been moved back in place. I had to spend more time putting things back – all the while making sure not to step in his dozen or more brown snuff puddles on my garage floor. About a half dozen times while on the job, he went to his truck cab to sit. Not sure what he was doing - surfing the internet or texting on his phone? There shouldn’t have been any reason for him to take this many breaks during a two hour job. The third hour was my time that he was wasting without a care in the world – not even an apology for his carelessness of time and respect for my property. That afternoon, I called to speak to his supervisor. I told my story to John. He took notes and apologized. He was surprised to hear this and mentioned that this employee had been with the company for 9 years. Instead of offering to reduce his $345.27 installation price, or offer to have someone come back and mop up his employee’s barn yard mess that was made all over my garage/driveway, he only offered to have someone come out and confirm that the garage door was installed correctly and to deliver an owner’s manual. 10/5/12, a representative from All Seasons came to the house to inspect the door. I went back into the house and about 15 minutes later he was finished. He noted that several brackets were installed in the wrong direction and made these changes. He forgot the owner’s manual, but told me John would mail one to me. He gave a more thorough explanation about routine maintenance and mentioned that using silicone was not correct, but to use a WD40 or white lithium grease spray instead. I will never be using All Seasons services again, and will make sure none of my friends and family does either. Angie’s List, Amarr and Costco need to be aware of my experience. Rarely have I ever had such terrible service especially so as to write about it like this. If I ever need to have service done on the door, I’ll work with Costco and another Amarr certified dealer in town.

They did a great job. They were good. They showed up promptly. We were surprised as only one person showed up and we were wondering how one person can do it all and he did it. They also took care of disposing the old garage door which can be a night mare if somebody doesn't. It went really well and we are really happy and it looks beautiful.

I was in contact with Kaarin at All Seasons via email prior to having someone come out because I was concerned about the repair holding due to rust and corrosion on the inside bottom portion of our garage door. I emailed her some pictures and the manufacturer and model number of our current garage door so she could match up a possible replacement of the bottom panel. She said that there was no exact match and she told me that plates could be installed on the inside of the door to solidify the new piece of aluminum. I agreed that a repair was the way to go instead of a partial or total replacement of the door and I'm glad she steered me in that direction. It worked out great.

They did a good job converting a French door arrangemert to a n overhead door in a space with little headroom

Needed to come back to replace a part incorrectly sent from the factory, but that was timely and well-done.

They are really great. They will help diagnose over the phone to see if they can help you fix it yourself. They then try to provide a ballpark estimate based on what they think it might be. They are really good at this. They are punctual, friendly and reasonably priced. I would use them for all garage door issues.

Cable broke on garage door lifter on Saturday. Gave All Seasons a call and they scheduled an appointment for Monday. The repair person came during the scheduled appointment time period. After an evaluation it was determined that the door lifter itself needed to be replaced as well as the cables. I was shown what the problem was with the lifter and why it needed to be replaced. The door was adjusted so that it could be manually opened until the lifter could be installed. A lifter was ordered and an appointment was made for installation. Used a coupon to get a free keyless opener. The installer came during the scheduled appointment time window. He installed the lifter and the keyless entry and instructed me on the operation of the unit. He worked quickly and efficiently. The lifter works very well. I am happy with the service I received.

The sales rep, Joel, came out to give an estimate very quickly after my initial contact with the firm. I felt no pressure, even though he knew I was looking at other companies as well. Once I made my decision to go with their product, I was very pleased with how quickly my order was submitted. I was given an approximate date of when the door would be finished and ready for installation. That was to happen when I was going to be out of town, so they made contact with my daughter who lives with me to arrange the actual date for installation. My daughter said they came on time, in fact, were there before she got home from work, had the door already installed and were in the process of testing it. The end result is a wonderfully quiet garage door, exactly as ordered. I am very pleased, but won't be able to test its promised insulation ability until the winter. I fully expect it will deliver as promised.

We spent about $700 on that work. They did a wonderful job. They were very courteous, professional and they finished the work before they said they would. They were great.

Excellent. They were very responsive on the phone, and prices were lower than anybody in the area (nearly 35% cheaper than two other companies!). Arrived on time, removed and hauled away the old door, installed the new one, hooked up the opener, ensured proper operation, and they were out the door in 2 hours. Professional service, great prices, good products, and courteous installers. If only all home improvement projects were this painless.

He arrived on time, performed necessary work, and performed maintenance work.

The wires to the pulleys came off and we were unable to open the garage door on a Sunday morning. We left a message for them that day. They called us back later on Sunday and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. When we told them we wouldn't be able to be there they asked if we would be able to keep the side door unlocked so they could enter. When we got home that evening the garage door was fixed, the side door was locked, and the bill was on the car in the garage. The door works well.

Very nice, quick turnaround time reasonably priced, especially since it is a job hardly anyone can do.

I first had All Seasons install the upper garage door on my home. They upgraded the opener with no extra charge, and were very good about answering my questions about which type of door I should install. They were able to put the door in very quickly (in some intense heat), so that my siding project wouldn't be delayed. I then asked them to replace the lower level garage door, which was a bit trickier. The installer took the extra time needed to do the job well.

ASGD was able to schedule quickly. The service person arrived on time. We were happy with the quality of work.
