Easy to set up appointment. Called and gave us a 2 hour window. Was on time. Was efficient and got the job done quickly. Gave us tips on garage door maintenance, which was appreciated.

THE FIRST DOOR HAD A PANEL THAT WOULD NOT FIT AS THE RUBBER SEAL WAS DEFECTIVE FROM THE FACTORY.THEY REPALCED ALL PANELS 3 WEEKS LATER,AND NOW EVERYTHING IS FINE.

Scheduling was easy via email and the install guy (Cole) was very friendly and did a great job. Would certainly recommend.

I had looked into several other garage door companies and found All Seasons at a booth in Costco. They were very easy to work with, reasonably priced, and even drew my attention to the fact they had coupons on their website. They were punctual, professional, and did the work in a timely manner. He did a good job explaining the new opener and lubed my garage door as well. I am very happy with the service they provided and would recommend them to anyone.

Started process by phone call through the Costco Home Service Program. It was easy to set up a consultation, and later an installation date. Received notifications as promised. Installer was courteous, professional, and answered all of my questions regarding the install. Am impressed with entire process and think I got excellent value for the price paid. The Costco program gave me a better door for a better price than I was quoted for through a non-Coscto estimate. Was impressed by All Seasons throughout the process.

I had estimates from several providers. All Seasons was very reasonable for a service call that included 1/2 hour of work. Some other estimates were three times more. All Seasons was prompt, courteous, and professional. Did the work required and also improved the mounting of the electric eyes to avoid misalignment, all for the price of a service call plus the cost of the door seal. Would definitely hire again.

Employee sent out to fix garage door spring was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. The woman who took my call was also exceptionally nice and helpful. The cost was reasonable too. All-in-all, an excellent experience.

Great prompt friendly service!! I had a late afternoon garage door emergency. All Seasons was able to help fix the problem.

We were able to book a convenient time for us for the repair person to come out and look at our broken garage door opener. The Service Tech found the gears were stripped with shavings around the circuit board &RPM sensor. The travel assembly was bent. The opener was approximately 13 years old so it was time to replace rather than repair. The Tech removed the old opener & installed the new opener. He also tuned and lubed the door. All was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, I'm very happy. The service call charge was $89 for the first half hour, and the part was a $25 replacement. (I paid an additional $100 for a same-day appointment, but that was my choice.) The person who responded to my initial message, the receptionist who took my call, and Ben the repairman all exhibited professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to explain everything. I can think of only one downside: the process of getting them to my house was delayed, they said, by the Angie's List app's message relay system. When I initially contacted them through the Angie's List app, I was hoping for a response the same or the next day. I know now that the convenience of messaging through the third party can mean a delay in the service response.

All Seasons Garage Door Company was great to work with. We got a Costco deal through them and saved $127.00 on the project. Initially they noticed one of our panels was dented upon installation so they notified me that they would reorder it and call when it is in. After they left I also noticed they installed the wrong style of door panel windows we ordered. I called them about that and they readily agreed to fix that problem as well. They came today and fix those two problems. They gave us good information on maintenance of the door including lubrication of the garage door spring and rollers bi-annually. They were easy to work with and their prices are competitive, perhaps a little below competitors.

My 17-year-old garage door opener stopped working on a Friday afternoon. I called All Seasons Garage Door Company on a Monday morning, first asking what types of garage door openers they carried. They gave me the installed price and then I did some research on the internet. I called back, requesting the LiftMaster chain model 3265 and they put me on the calendar for Tuesday. They called early on Tuesday morning with a time window 8-10am. At this time I verified the chain model number I was purchasing - it was good to have verified this, because the order said I wanted the belt model. No big deal, he made the change. Doug arrived at 9am and first removed the old non-functioning garage door opener. After this, he installed the new garage door opener, which he provided. They also tuned and lubed the garage door. He explained operation of the multi-function door control and assisted me with setting up security code for the wireless keyless entry. All of this work was completed in 1.5 hours. He hauled away the old opener and all packaging of the new opener, and he carefully swept the floor to pickup staples/nails. I was very happy with the experience. I have used them in the past, and I will use them again. I've also recommended them to a neighbor, who also had a good experience. I gave aand quot;Band quot; rating for professionalism only because of the mix up with the model number on my order.

A spring on one of our garage doors broke early on Friday afternoon. When I called All Seasons (they had done work for us before) they said they wouldn't have anyone out in our area until Monday. I was willing to wait, but was told if anything changed and someone could come sooner they'd give me a call. I don't think it was 30 minutes later when I got a call saying they had someone in the area who had finished a job early and could come do our repair. A friendly service technician arrived soon after that, replaced the broken spring and lubed the rollers on both garage doors. Couldn't have asked for faster, better service! Will definitely use All Seasons Garage Door again if needed!

Mark explained the problem and showed us the stripped gear. He also fixed a minor issue on our other opener without charge. Very professional, very punctual, very personable.

We had an unusual situation -- our garage door opens manually and one of the cables connecting the handle to the side of the garage snapped, leaving the door locked closed with no way to unlock it. I contacted All Seasons and another provider to get quotes. The other provider had someone call me, but their tech didn't know how he would get inside, said he would have to ask someone and get back to me, and never called back. All Seasons responded promptly to my detailed email, said they could do it, and offered to schedule -- all via email, which was great since I was sick and not really up for phone calls. We had to wait a few days, but that was okay, it wasn't an emergency. The tech called me that morning and was there by 9. He had the door open in minutes without damaging it, and replaced the cables for us. I forget his name but he was very pleasant and helpful, even while working outside in 'polar vortex' type conditions. I had braced myself for a lengthy, expensive repair, but it took less than 30 minutes and was very affordable. I was extremely pleased with the entire service experience, and will definitely use them again for all our garage door needs.

I was very satisfied. I had another garage door company out 10 days ago to do the same thing. They declined to do it because during winter snow melts off the car and creates a water puddle by the door. They said it could freeze tearing the rubber seal and they wouldn't warranty that. They also told me I needed to get a handyman to make it so I wouldn't get a water puddle by the sides of the door in the winter. The previous garage door company also told me the and quot;photo eyesand quot; would need to be replaced prematurely due to the water puddle by the edge of the garage door. I believed this at first, until the Homeowner's Association handyman came over told me there was no reason NOT to replace it. How many winters did it take it to tear after all? I've been here 6 years so at least 6 years. He said the only way to make it so the snow melting off the car didn't create a water puddle in the winter was to redo the garage floor which was DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT. He said and quot;let me get you in touch with my garage door peopleand quot; All Season's Garage Door. I called a little after 5 pm, and Joel told me they could and would replace the retainer and rubber seal now despite a water puddle in the winter. There was a scheduling mix up - nobody called or showed up the morning of the appointment and I wasn't found on the schedule. I don't know what happened - maybe it got misplaced due to my calling after hours? But they were able to work me in and Jake came out early that evening. He was very nice and he said only the bottom rubber seal needed to be replaced (not the retainer) and he replaced it. He also told me the and quot;photo eyesand quot; are off the ground and they are not going to wear out prematurely. I didn't ask him about any warranty but my receipt says the work is warrantied for 60 days. I guess it isn't a big deal. A rubber seal isn't that expensive of a part to make a big issue about a warranty which is why looking back I'm surprised the prior company wouldn't replace it. I'm very satisfied because I got the rubber seal replaced before the new year! I'm not upset about the schedule mix up because that happens now and then to every service provider and they did work me in.

Quote, from a price perspective was excellent especially when factoring in the top of line double sided and insulated steel doors. Ben did an excellent job in the removal and installation of everything proving to me he really knew his stuff and cared about doing a great job and he clearly demonstrated to me that he took much pride in his work. The new doors are so much better looking than the old doors and also much stronger with better insulation which has reduced road noise in our garage and attached home. How could you ask for more?...We are very happy with all areas of this purchase, installation and final product. .

Very knowledgeable about older garage doors and willing to sell us replacement gasket which no other garage door company we contacted would do. It was the appropriate gasket (we had bought several at home improvement stores that did not work) so we were able to restore our garage door. Friendly and easy to deal with as well.

First, I had a hard time finding any company willing to do the work of taking my old 1920's carriage house and converting it to a garage with a traditional overhead door. All Seasons was more than willing- and came in lower in price than any other quote I had. The quote was great- they met me on my schedule and were very detailed in explaining what all work would have to be done, the options of doors and advantages/disadvantages of each. It was really easy to get them scheduled, we figured out a day that worked, then they called me the morning of to give me a more precise time frame. They worked quickly and did a great job, then gave ma great overall explanation of how to use all of the accessories.
