They came at 11:10 a.m for an 11:30 appt. which was fine. At 11:38 am, I was writing him a check for the service. In all the years I have had my carpets cleaned, no one has ever cleaned that many rooms in a half hour. He said it would dry in an hour--it was more like 2 days. After the carpet dried, there were spots in the den which still showed. Came back on 11/11 to redo the den. The stains are still there. I, definitely, would not use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I cannot understand all the "glowing" remarks from previous customers. After looking at the den, I am wondering how clean the rest of the carpeting is. There were no stains in the other rooms, so it is hard to judge how clean the carpets are.

Got immediate service, the day I called. Very tidy and efficient team of 2 men stuck to the job and were out of the house about 1 1/2 hours after arriving. They assured me they would return the next day if I wasn't pleased with the outcome. But I had no need to call them back to my home.

They did a good job. They were punctual and friendly. They completed the work very quickly and the carpets are clean!

They were extremely responsive, professional and courteous. They came on time and finished the work in timely manner.

They cleaned around the furniture, because I didn't want to move anything. I think the price is a steal. It is such a good deal. They do an excellent job at a very reasonable price. They have perfect punctuality. They are very polite and accommodating. They are very respectful. They do exactly what I ask.

It went very well except the appointment was for 11:30 and the owner/operator was about 20 minutes late.

The process was very well done. Tom was prompt. In fact he even arrived early. The cleaning lasted about two hours. He mentioned that the carpets would be damp for only a couple hours. I'd say some of them stayed damp closer to 6-8 hours. He was very organized and cleaned up all his equipment and supplies. One item I wasn't impressed with was the way he put together the estimate and final bill. He did some numbers in his head and said it would cost about $275 + tax. I told him I had the $35 Angie's coupon. He said that this price already factored in a 35% discount. How would I be able to doubt that? I was never given a beginning price to see how he discounted the bill. Also, he needs to figure out if he is handing out a fixed discount as advertised on Angie's List, or if he is doing a percent...I'd prefer the percent, but again, he could have told me he gave me a 60% discount--either way, my charge was $275 + tax. How he got to the number I don't know. The bottomline, I believe I received the service for the amount paid.

He was available, on-time, professional and the carpets look clean. It was a big job and he worked non-stop until it was done to my satisfaction.

They did a very good job. They were thorough and worked at a fast pace. I think their price was reasonable. My carpets look great and I am very happy with this company.

I called and they were in between jobs but they fit me in. My experience with them was good. I would recommend them to others and use them again in the future.

This company is top notch. This was my best experience with any service company. The owner and another man came out at my convenience which was a Saturday morning. They were done in a couple hours and it looked like brand new carpeting. It was also totally dry in a few hours. These guys were professional, on time, and did a marvelous job. My carpet was almost ten years old; still in excellent condition but had never been professionally cleaned. In the past, I had never had good results having carpets professionally cleaned so I would spot clean every now and then. I even replaced the carpet in one bedroom because I didn't think it would "clean up". Needless to say, I was sorry I replaced carpeting without first having them clean it. They are so reasonable that I will have them out just to touch up when my carpet is looking a little dingy but I don't feel like moving furniture.

I called for an estimate and talked with the owner, Tom. He was able to schedule me quickly for the next day. On the day of the cleaning, Tom called to let me know his "ETA" which I appreciated. Tom and his assistant arrived at my home. They were friendly and professional. They took care of cleaning the carpets quickly while they still seemed to do a thorough job. Our carpets looked great afterward and they were dry within an hour. I was very happy with the overall carpet cleaning.

They were early for their appointment, which was nice. They were quiet, friendly and careful. Tom advised that they would need me to move things before cleaning, so I did what I had time for the day before and then moved some items that day as they moved from floor to floor. The carpets dried faster than other cleaners, and the carpets look pretty good. They advised we have some stains that they think no carpet cleaner can get out. The smell of the cleaning solutions they use is very pleasant and nothing bothered any of us; all of us have allergies, including the cat. They cleaned up any wet areas from their equipment and finished on time.

Matt and Mike came out to our house promptly. They reviewed the carpet we wanted cleaned and gave us an estimate. It took them about an hour and a half to clean all of the carpet in our house. They did a good job of getting out the stains and cleaning all of the carpet. They were friendly and efficient. They were even good with our dog! Even though it was a very humid day, the carpets dried in a couple hours. Also, they didn't try to sell us any additional services.

First of all he called before he was to be here to let me know he would be late, once here he was extremely respectful. Stuck to the estimate. He went about his job without having to be watched over. He gave good advice and suggestions for future care. The kind of service you would hope for from any service provider. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

I'VE USED THEM BEFORE AND AM HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DO. THEY SQUEEZED ME IN BEFORE THANKSGIVING (HAD HOUSE GUESTS COMING AFTER 4 MONTHS OF RENOVATION). IT DRIES VERY QUICKLY (REGULAR STEAM CLEANING DOESN'T WORK FOR ME BECAUSE OF ALLERGIES), AND THEY MADE SURE NOT TO PUT DOWN ANY FRAGRANCE SINCE I TOLD THEM I HAVE ALLERGIES. ONE THING, NOW THAT I AM LOOKING AT THEIR BUSINESS CARD TO REPORT TO ANGIE'S LIST, I SEE THAT THEY OFFER A 25% DISCOUNT TO REPEAT CUSTOMERS. I DID TELL THEM I AM A REPEAT CUSTOMER, BUT THEY DID NOT OFFER UP THIS INFORMATION.
