Everything was fully explained and work was completed on time and as estimated. Work is exactly what we requested; even post installation cleanup was done quickly and thoroughly.

they did a great job, cleared drain in bathtub, and replumbed the whole Kitchen drain line to the stack and had to correct the plumbing lines under the sink. They kept all the work areas clean and were respectful. Plumbing is always expensive but they did work with me and were reasonably priced.

Both techs we worked with were first rate: informative, professional, exceeding careful about the quality of the work and about cleaning up the worksite. I would recommend them unreservedly and hire them in a minute for any further plumbing work we might require. The company was also very good about communication, with calls and texts to keep us abreast of the schedule.

Pro got it done on with little fuss and for a very reasonable price. They seem very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things and answer any questions we have.

We met serviceman Alex L. from DJ's today. He worked as long as it was necessary to diagnose and fix issues with our furnace humidifier. It needed several adjustments. He worked very diligently and the price was reasonable (especially by today's standards for pricing). We would definitely hire DJs again for other HVAC and plumbing work. We also appreciated the company's thoroughness in providing reminder calls and other contact on the day of service to ensure we met Alex at our home at the right time. This shows an emphasis on customer service that we appreciate. Both Charlotte and Karen were very helpful to us on the phone today as well.

excellent customer service ,ran into some unexpected problems with a 90yr old boiler and radiator system ,they handled anything that was thrown at them.

They were responsive and organized and took the time to clearly answer my questions. Matthew seemed very knowledgeable and friendly.

Very quick. Got here 24 hours in advance of our scheduled appointment. Very polite, very professional. Shut off the gas, safely cut and capped a 1" gas pipe, relit the furnace and water heater. In and out in about an hour. Charged $487, which did included the cost of the $5 pipe cap. Very nice people, very good work, very expensive.
