Mark is always polite and professional. We love it when he is sent to our house. We simply love DJ's and cant say enough good things about them. Professional, dependable, honest, skilled. Everyone from Mike to the dispatcher/schedulers and install/repair team were an absolute joy to work with. We signed up for a service plan. I will recommend them to anyone who will listen. Lol. Love them.

They did an amazing job replacing our leaking hot water heater. Of the five estimates we got, they were the only one to actually come out and look at the job site in person. After a very respectful negotiation we came to terms and they got down to work. Don did an amazing job, and was literally out in three hours. For the same price as our other bids, they installed a much superior water heater, and their workmanship was flawless . Could not be happier, would recommend them to everybody.

Don was wonderful to work with. He did a great job getting my Main shutoff replaced. But when we turned the water back on no water was coming thru. That's when we discover a section of galvanized pipe. So Don also unexpectedly replace a section of my waterline for me which solved the problem but did add more to the price. But it was well worth it. I got my bad water shut off fixed and with that section of pipe replaced I now have 3x better water presser in my home. Highly Recommend DJ's for your plumbing needs and will use them in the future if I ever need to.

DJ's came out to assess my water heater issue. Don was great and helpful and provided a few options. I ended up needing to replace my water heater so did not end up hiring DJ's for that project.
