It was great! (I can't think of his name at the moment) He was friendly and professional. He talked to my 2 year old and the baby. (I like when people do this. He sealed up the possible mouse entry points. (We were having 1 mouse enter every year, and that was just 1 mouse too many for me). He told me about the entry points, and explained things I might not be familiar with. I would definitely hire him for another kind of pest removal. I'm planning on moving, and I'm tempted to have him come out and check the new house for holes so that I never have to see a mouse in there.

He has done a good job for us. We have used him before and I especially liked his pricing. We had been with another pest control company and his pricing was better. He is very responsive to meeting at a certain time. He is very conscientious.

He did a good job. He was thorough, but we still continue to have mice around. So we need to have him back.

Larry took care of so many little things that other pest control companies don't. For example, Larry does not use poison inside the house. Why? Because the mice can die in the walls and the stink may never go away. So true...I have experienced this before! So he sets up traps in the house and poison/bait outside. Most of the traps inside are hidden and out of the way. He set up over 40 of them in our basement...WAY more than I had with another service I used years ago. AND he comes back and checks them every week (if your schedule allows) until no more are being caught so you do not have to mess with the traps or mess with the dead mice. We had 12 caught the first week. Zero the second week and we will see what happens for next week Can't say enough good things about Larry and his company, Blackhawk Pest Control!

Larry responded immediately to my request and was here promptly at the scheduled time. Within two hours of his treatment, nary an ant in site. I'm having him come back to treat the outside perimeters this spring and summer to prevent in the future. Heartily recommend them.

It went great. Larry came out and set mouse traps, found and plugged mouse access points. He came back a week later and emptied and reset all the traps. He did this three times total until we had no more signs of mice. It has been a few months now and we have had none. Larry said to let him know if we found more.

The service worked great. He was a great guy. I did have him come back out to take one more look because it looked like we have not gotten everything. So, he came back out and there were no problems at all. There were no additional charges to the $175 Big Deal. There were no unexpected issues during his visit. He did a good job. The price was good too. His responsiveness was great and he was right on-time.

I spoke with this provider over the phone and they did a very good job with explaining their thoughts on my concern with a rodant problem. He was very helpful and provided a couple options but said he did not think that I had a mice problem and said if I hear anything else or have any additional concerns to please contact them. I appreciated his honestly.

Larry was great! Very responsive, easy to schedule, nice and professional. Came 2x - inspected the exterior to identify possible access points, sealed them and placed traps inside. We would use his services again - hopefully, we don't need to!

I felt Blackhawk took plenty of time figuring out and closing up the openings. He spent well over an hour doing this. Questioned me as to what had happened and where the rodents were sighted.

I downgraded this provider due to the difficulty we had with follow up. As I recall, he did show up as scheduled to perform the service, however he said he would come back in two weeks to follow up. I arranged my schedule to be here at the appointed time but he did not come. I let that go until in the coming weeks we were absolutely inundated with mice all over the house. When I called him he agreed to come at a specified time. We waited almost half an hour for him, then had to leave. He did actually come after we had gone and left a note but has never followed up since that time. We continued to trap mice for the next couple of months and for the first time ever, we trapped some moles. Just in the last month, which is several months since the service was performed, the infestation has seemed to stop and we have been mouse free.

Great job, showed us where they were getting in and came out several times to check traps. No more mice. I would use them again in the future.

He inspected our home for mouse entry points and sealed them up. Next he set up more than 20 traps inside our home. He came back at intervals to see what type of activity we had in the traps and after two weeks without any mice we felt the problem was solved. Should the mice find a new way in we will definitely call him again. We were very happy with the service.

Excellent. Located places where e mice were getting in our house. Places I never thought of! Caught tons of mice in the house. Yuk. Very professional and effective. VERY reasonable.

It went great. He came back for multiple checkups once everything was taken care of. We had no need to call them back because the mice are all gone.
