It went well, minus some small hiccups. On the first date that was agreed upon to meet at the location and go over the details, the gentleman was a no show, and had forgotten to let me know there was a change in his schedule. I had taken the day off of work to drive up so I was definitely frustrated. After that everything went smoother, he made a number of trips up to the property and diagnosed what was going on, on his first check in after setting traps and plugging holes he found 13 mice in traps. YIKES! I wasn't surprised. The second time he only found 4, so it seemed he had blocked the areas they were getting in. He was also good at explaining his approach and process, and where to keep an eye on if mice droppings started appearing again. After a few more checkins he pulled all of his traps as it seemed the problem had been solved. So far I have not seen any new mouse droppings in the property, which is excellent. I will continue to watch for them as the weather warms. He was a reasonable gentleman that was willing to explain what was happening and his approach, and I appreciated that. I plan to use his services again if they are ever needed.

This guy came out twice to get the job done – because there were a lot of bees. But he told me from the beginning it might take multiple applications and that he would come out multiple time without additional payment since I was paying him to "get rid of the pests." He we above and beyond, in my opinion. And even checked back in after the second application to make sure we didn't need him to come back a third time.

Larry is awesome. He is a man of his word and gets the job done. I highly recommend him.

Larry was very nice. He let us trail behind him as he found possible entry holes in the exterior of our house. First trip he filled hole and set traps, he said he'd be back in a week to empty the traps (we emptied them during the week if we caught one and reloaded them). Week came, he moved a few traps and said he'd be back in another week. We haven't caught anything for over a week so hopefully that means we found their entry point and are hopefully mouse free! We caught 8 total!

Very personable and friendly. Easy to talk to. Able to set same-day appointment. Though he was running late for the appointment, when he did arrive Larry did not make me feel like he was rushing the service. He used 3 different treatments on the house, as well as stuffed a steel-wool-type material (but rougher) in the mouse access points.

We are very happy with the service we received. Larry came several times to place and check on traps and did a very thorough inspection of the outside of our house and plugged a couple of possible entry points. After approximately one month of being mice free, we caught a few more. Larry came back and took a second look at the house and plugged a couple more places "just in case" at no additional cost. Larry is very professional and I am comfortable recommending him.

He was difficult to reach, and when I did reach him he said he never received a call or any messages from me. I had my wife deal with him as I thought maybe it was just me, but she had the same experience. He never did return to check and remove the traps.

Everything went really great! He came in initially and plugged the access points. We had a pretty significant problem and doing this resulted in an immediate improvement. He then laid traps and checked them 4 different times to ensure that all of the mice were removed. He was very quick, very polite, and did a great job. He trusts and warranties his work, and we have not had a single issue since he came. Would use again!

Awesome. He did what he said he would do. And not trying to get us to sign a 1 yr contract for XX $$ a month, just did the work. And the mice were exterminated!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BLACKHAWK PEST CONTROL!!!!

Went great. Mice were caught, entry ways cealed and mouse trails in the insulation were identified. Larry returned 3 times after the initial visit to remove dead mice and to refresh and reposition the traps. We also learned a lot about mouse behavior.

They did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend their services. They not only set traps to catch the mice but also found the entry points and blocked the mice from coming in the house in the first place. Very good job!! Very pleased.

purchased a deal through Angies list, contacted him via the phone and AL messages but never heard back. Needed someone to take care of the pests so could not wait any longer on the hope they got back to us.

He caught 3 mice so far and we have caught about 7 but there are no more getting in the house, so it's just a matter of getting rid of the remaining ones. It has been about 4 weeks since he initially came. We believe there is at least 1 more to catch, maybe a couple more. We do not see new droppings or evidence of them so it is going in the right direction and we hope to be mice free very soon.

Larry arrived on time, at the stated time and got right down to business after I told him that we had small guests. I won't know for sure right away that all his work was effective, but..so far, we've seen no more evidence of invaders. I appreciated his promptness, courtesy and thoroughness and would definitely recommend him to others.

Larry is always prompt, thorough and very kind to work with. . I would recommend his company and will use him in the future if we have issues again.

During the process of moving into a new home, (and upon pre-inspection), I noticed a dead mouse in the lower level. I called Larry before movingin to have him work his "critter catching magic". Larry showed me the possible entry areas inside of the home, then proceeded to plug all exterior holes, and set traps throughout the home. Larry locked up when he left, and called back within a week to set up a follow-up appt. He showed up on time, took away some empty traps, and scheduled an additional follow-appt. for next week. I am pleased in working with him, he was late the initial call, but called ahead to let me know. He was professional, friendly, and helpful. Even provided complementary tips on other pest control related issues. I intend buy Larry's annual package, and would highly recommend his services to others.

He came to the house 4 times until there was no trace of the little critters. The only thing I would do different is make sure we exchange phone numbers at the onset, his schedule changes by the hour so times can change.

Larry was awesome! I had a mouse problem that I was having trouble getting rid of. On his first visit he found places where the mice were getting in and plugged them up. Based on that, and where I was seeing mice, he set traps in appropriate places making sure I couldn't see any of them (mice freak me out). He then returned a week later and emptied the traps. On the third visit there were no mice, so he said I was mouse free! I have not had a problem since. Highly recommend!

There aren't many details, but Larry solved the mice problem completely in the very first visit. Took about 1 hour. I went from at least a dozen mice getting inside my house this fall, to zero! He knows what he is doing..........That's all that matters !
