Came back and did a great job cleaning up the pond and waterfall. Will definietly use again.

Everything went well. Aaron came out, examined my house foundation, and made a few necessary repairs. At my request he also looked into the possibility of putting a water element in my small yard. We plan to discuss that further.

The work went well. We discussed our problem with the need for regrouting the stonework in the front step area of our home. The individual said he would get as far as he could within the time we had purchsed. He compted more than I expected and continued to work diligently the entire time he was here. The steps look great.

They did a great job and honored the coupon. I would recommend them.

The pond took approximately one week to rebuild. Monday - Aaron arrived and removed the surrounding boulders and liner. He then installed new pad/liner/pad combination and created the new river section and waterfall. Tuesday - Aaron applied the cement to the liner and surrounding boulders. Wednesday and Thursday - We patiently waited for everything to cure. Friday - Aaron acid-washed the concert and started the pump. We sat by the pond all evening enjoying our new and improved water feature.

Aaron completed the work quickly and is a pleasure to work with. The work he did was perfect.

The project was a bit more complicated than he had originally estimated, but he stuck by the original estimate, and put in 3 days of work removing all the old stairs, leveling the ground, and installing the new set of steps. Everything looks beautiful, and everybody who has seen the stairs has been highly impressed. I used the Mason's touch also for a waterfall repair in our backyard, and he was committed to getting it leak free, returning several times to help put the finishing touches on it. Both jobs look wonderful, he really knows how to make a nice looking concrete feature. He is quite busy, and that does mean that it sometimes takes a few days longer to hear back from him than I would have hoped, but that is the only small negative on an otherwise exceptional company.

Once scheduled, Aaron got the work done quickly. He was careful to review the project with us so he knew precisely what we wanted, and delivered excellent results. The wall looks great.

I was very impressed with how fast it was all done. The cleanup was great. I will use him again when I have cement work or anything similar.

Repaired multiple cracks in the stucco of a house built in 1910, including some stair work. He was courteous, professional, responsive, and timely.

Aaron Sybrant did an excellent job, on schedule, for the value of an Angie's List coupon special. The limestone wall on the side of my driveway, about 4 ft high, was buckling because of age and the pressure of tree roots pushing against it. The tuckpoint work was done really well, it looks much neater, and he also provided good advice on what was worth doing and what was not worth doing. Aaron had taken a fall from a roof a couple of weeks previous and nonetheless, after taking time to recover, made a point of coming out to honor his contract., when he said he would. He was good to work with.

I bought a home that had a small man-made pond in the yard. I had the pump, etc from the previous owner but the pond had been winterized, water removed and I had no idea how to put it together to start it up again in the spring. Plus it was filled with water from the snow melt, leaves, etc. I decided to purchase the "pond spring clean" special. The Mason's Touch came out while I was at work and when I got home the pond water was clean, the pump was installed and the pond "fountain" working! They even seemed to have moved around the rocks that were surrounding the pond to make it look better. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again!

We responded to a deal that Mason's Touch had on Angies List. Aaron came out the same day to do a bid. We had a bid in the past where the mason had insisted that the planters be taken down and completely rebuilt. We informed Aaron of our need to do something a bit more cost effective, so he suggested just grinding out the bad mortar and replacing just the damaged bricks and was very honest with us about how it would look when it was done. We also wanted a stone top cap to prevent future damage and he was able to perfectly match some other stone that we already had in our landscaping. He was honest about when he would be able to do the work (my biggest frustration is when contractors over-promise and under-deliver!) and was flexible with us when we needed to postpone a couple of days. On the very hot day that he came, he was very efficient with his time and did a great job. We love our new planters!

Aaron was great to work with. He came out to the house to look at the project. He responded promtly with a quote and completed the work within a couple of weeks. I also had him look at some other potential projects and he was quick to call out that the wall that I thought might need to be replaced was probably okay for time being. Aaron called a couple of days before the work was to performed so we could move some landscaping elements that would be in his way. The work he and his crew completed looked great! I would recommend him for more work in the future.

We had a brick garden wall in the front of the house that was falling apart. My husband took the bricks down and we intended to do the project ourselves but I saw that Angie had a 'deal' for 4 hours of masonry work for $129 so I contacted Aaron to see if he would do work like that and to get an estimate. Aaron was very timely in responding to my inquiry and assured me that if we did not get the estimate done prior to the deadline of Angie's deal that he would still honor the price. He came out and looked at the wall and we discussed different options and settled on what would be done. Aaron sent an estimate within a couple of day and we agreed to have the work done. He replied that he would be out in a couple of weeks. He arrived last Thursday and put the wall in. It looks great! Certainly better than anything my husband and I could have done. I am sure it was not the biggest project Aaron has going nor the most intricate, but he worked with us to make sure that we were happy with what he did. My husband was here when he did the work, but Aaron called me that night to make sure I was equally happy. And, he followed up the following day to make sure that everything was still looking good and that there were no issues to take care of. I was impressed with the professionalism of this project. Aaron was very pleasant and very responsible. I would call him again without reservation.

I purchased an Angie's Big Deal for 4 hours of masonry service. Aaron was really great to work with. He came out soon after I had called and did a walk around to assess the damage. We discussed patching the foundation blocks as well as sealing the entire foundation to help prevent further damage. He told me it would cost a little extra to complete all that because it would definitely take more than 4 hours- that was fine with me and seemed more than fair for the amount of work it would take. Aaron came out a few weeks later and dug all the rock away from the foundation, being really careful to not damage any of the inconveniently placed perennials around the house. He even crawled under the super short spider-webby deck and patched everything under there. He did all of the patching the first day- including 2 blocks that were so damage they had crumbled all the way through. He returned the next day after everything had dried and sealed the foundation. I had been out running errands so it was a lovely surprise to come home to a hole free, cleanly painted foundation! I am extremely happy with the job Aaron did and very much appreciate his prompt communication, courteousnes and professionalism. I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future and will gladly recommend The Mason's Touch to anyone I know!

Work went extremely well. He asked us what we thought as he was going along with the project and even brought us extra gravel.
