Member, I sincerely apoligize that you feel you have been unable to connect with me. After our conversation before I sent an email earlier this week (20, August) letting you know that I would be stopping out on Thursday or Friday to do the assessment of your project. From the Big Deal that was offered I have gotten quite a few clients and there have even been a couple that have fell through the cracks which is by no means their fault. I have consistently tried my absolute best to make sure that EVERY single client gets the attention that they deserve. I really do apoligize that you did not recieve my email so I did call you today after being informed of the review you had left for me. In the message I informed you that I was going to be coming today (Thursday) or Friday to do your assessment. In the message I also let you know that I could still do the work for you or if it would make you happier I could make a special accomodation and refund you your purchase so that you could find a contractor that met the needs that you have and made you happy. As you can tell from the many reviews that I have almost every client knows and can vouch that I am very good at communicating with them about their projects. When you are a smaller company like I am often times it is a double edged sword. I can give the undivided attention to each client and make sure that the work being done is above standards but on the other hand many of my clients know that I can get booked out pretty quick which is understandable because they know that they truely are getting the craftsmanship and customer service that not many companies can offer them.
