They were professional and easy to work with. They came out, did the estimate, and took care of all the permissions and permitting that was necessary. They were able to get started and finish in a timely manner and I was satisfied with the work.

We had a great experience with Dupont Decks, a family business. They built a new deck and refreshed an existing balcony, both with maintenance free materials. From start to finish, Justin and Brooke (and their team) listened to our needs and delivered, with stellar customer service. We are able to enjoy our backyard and it has already given us many hours of enjoyment, shared with family and friends.

The folks at Dupont Construction created a timeline and met it despite material delays beyond their control. The result was a beautiful 12x25 foot floating deck that may last longer than the house that it’s next to! What really impressed us was the attitude of the foreman who noticed some dirt fell back into the post holes after a hard rain and he had his crew did them out again. His comment was “If it’s not good enough for my deck, it’s not good enough for your deck”. Once he said that, I knew we were in good hands. We highly recommend Dupont Construction for any of your decking needs!

They were very efficient and courteous! They built our deck in 2 days!! The temperature was in the upper 90’s the deck is beautiful and we are very pleased with the entire experience!

We would highly recommend Dupont! Our project was an everything that could go wrong would go wrong sort of deal - COVID, weather, the CITY. However, Dupont worked with us to resolve all of the things that seemed to fly into our paths. Because of issues with our city our project faced delays but Dupont worked with us diligently to keep things moving and keep us informed. It was very clear that customer service and customer satisfaction were very important and we appreciated that. When taking on a large project like this one must expect things to pop up - my true measure of success is how the vendor will respond to them. Dupont exceeded my expectations. We are finally out enjoying our deck and are very happy!

We have been getting bids for the last four years for a deck. Finally we found a vendor who was amazing. Their honesty, workmanship, reliability, and project management went above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend Dupont for your construction needs. If you want a fantastic experience ask for Ron as your carpenter. Ron was incredible, very skilled, very nice, answered all our dumb questions and always had a smile and was very cheerful.

Very professional staff that goes above and beyond to ensure the quality of work done. They explain the entire process and work with inspectors to ensure the work done is of top quality and entirely up to code. They won't do something that they know won't produce the highest standard of results.

My husband and I are writing this review on behalf of his mother who owns the house. We all had a great experience with Dupont Decks! Justin, Brooke, Lindsay, and Amanda were professional and very friendly! We emailed a lot of questions and inquiries, and they always responded promptly. The deck/stairs themselves are solid and built with high quality material… We haven’t been able to enjoy yet as the snow covered them a day after it was completed! We look forward to enjoying them this coming spring/summer!

Our project was a challenge because of city ordinances, restrictions, permits, inspections, etc.. Yet, Dupont Decks were steadfast in their commitment to see it through and their tenacity to work with the city, jump through the many hurdles and roadblocks put before them. Great owners and responsive office personnel. The install crew had some quality issues but office personnel did their best to remedy the situation and had the crew back on site. Fast turnaround for the entire project and reasonably priced.

We got 4 quotes for a deck project and ended up going with Dupont based on our initial experience meeting with Justin, the following communication with Brooke/Amanda, and reading several good reviews. Of the 4 quotes, 1 was much higher (~$15k more) and the other 3 (including Dupont) were all pretty comparable. We had a great experience with Dupont from start to finish! We originally contacted them in December for work we were hoping to have done in the spring/early summer. Our home was a new build so we weren't sure what timeline we would be working with, but we wanted to put down a deposit so we could be ready to go as soon as the house was ready. We put down a deposit and kept in communication for several months until the house was finished. Dupont was able to get started within a week or two of us being ready and completed the project in less time than projected. They were extra accomodating when we had mentioned hoping to have a usable deck by a certain date. The deck looks great, is well built and had no issues with passing inspection. Every single person we worked with at Dupont was great to work with: Justin, Brooke, Amanda, Lindsay, the crew that came out each day. They were all friendly, helpful, great communication. Overall a seamless process and we would definitely use Dupont again.

DuPont did a great job communicating, keeping us posted on every step of the process, working through issues that came up, and getting the whole project completed how we wanted.
