I could not be home, so I walked the technician through my needs over the phone. He was very courteous and professional.

A great experience! Started as an e-mail exchange with Jessica to obtain a quote and information about the firm. She was professional, courteous, answered all my questions and quoted a very competitive rate so I made an appointment. The tech, Josh, showed up on time and did a super job. He also was very professional and courteous. He obviously knew what he was doing and the carpet looked great when he was done. I’d definitely use this firm again for my future carpet cleaning needs.

FANTASTIC!! The person doing the work (Marty....ask for him!) was extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing and how to do it best. We have had the carpets cleaned before by other companies but none come close to how great Marty and Twin Cities Finest did. Time was taken to go through the house in detail so as to identify things we knew needed to be done as well as have Marty point out things to us. Marty explained the options and ensured our understanding of them. And then Marty went to work....and stayed at it until he (as us) we satisfied!

$99 for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning. I had 6 rooms done so it was $200. I would use them again.

Deep stains were removed, Brian used a power scrubber to deep clean and fluff the carpet, he wore shoe covers to protect the flooring. 5 rooms took an hour and a half. He was friendly and really knowledgeable about the carpeting and his cleaning products. We recieved a thorough explanation about the products and services and were not pressured into making our decision as to if we wanted upgrades in service. (We did choose the additional power scrubber option as well as scotch guard) Total cost for 5 rooms and 11 stairs was $436. The carpets haven't dried yet so I will upset this review when I see the finished result.

The carpet turned out very well. The spot I asked them to pre-treat still needs a bit more work, but they told ahead of time that it might be difficult to eradicate. I was very pleased with how upfront they were in meeting my expectations. A very pleasant experience.

So spots removed and carpet looked almost entirely new. Excellent work. It did cost an extra $250 to remove the spots but much cheaper than buying new carpet.

We had our air ducts/vents and carpet cleaned at the same time. Derrick was awesome- explained everything to us about the air ducts! Was very professional but totally personal as well, he was so nice to work with. We had to get the "dog" out of our house and they did an amazing job- we noticed a difference right away and I keep a pretty clean house as it is. Great pricing!!!! Highly recommended!!!!

The tech Travis called and texted me on when he would arrive. He assessed the job and gave me suggestions on any extra work that might be needed. This included our dog spot. It probably took no more than 1 hour from start to finish. Carpets look great. However they are not a soft as when i do it with my steam machine and Oxiclean; not sure why.

The employee we spoke to on the phone and the one who showed up to complete the job were both super friendly! They were able to schedule us when we needed them and everything looks great. The carpets look refreshed and are so soft now! And our grout is back to the original color throughout the bathroom.

I highly recommend Twin Cities Finest for all your carpet cleaning needs. I called to make an appointment on Friday morning. they scheduled me for the next day. My carpet was a mess. Derek was the tech that was sent. He did a great job of explaining the process to me. He recommended an additional service and I felt so comfortable with his knowledge I told him to do whatever he thought was needed. I trust theses guys. You should too!

Great communication right away from the company. Immediately after making the appointment, I received both a text & e mail confirming the appointment window & letting me know the name of the Service Tech I could expect. The Service Tech, Derek was able to come earlier than the appointment window & called two confirm this was OK with me. Upon Derek's arrival, he was very polite & courteous while explaining how cleaning process would take place. After explaining the process to me, I pointed out to Derek various spots in the living room where previous attempts at cleaning spots myself with "off-the-shelf" Resolve had failed miserably & left noticeable darker spots in the carpet. Derek assured me these spots would not present a problem & he was certain his cleaning would remove them. Sure enough, Derek was able to remove all the problem area's that were troubling me. Twin Cities Finest was able to fit me in on short notice & exceeded all my expectations with a personable Service Tech & fantastic cleaning job! I'm definitely comfortable referring Twin Cities Finest to friends & neighbors & would certainly use them again.

Great job! Lots of communication via email and text reminding me of appointment and then confirmation of the name of the carpet cleaner before he arrived. He was professional and provided decent discounts before the service was done. The carpets are very clean and not too wet. All dry within 12-24 hrs. I would use them again.

Tech was extremely professional and on time. He took the time to answer all my questions and there were no surprises in the services performed as well as price. Made some suggestions based on my questions. No up selling pressure with this experience. That was nice. Work was completed quickly. Will definitely call Twin Cities Finest next time.

The best carpet cleaning to remove stubborn pet stains other carpet cleaners were unable to removd

Derek did a great job! He arrived right on time and was very professional. He explained the process for cleaning up the pet stains left by the previous owner and the extra cost involved. He assured us that if we still smelled them after the carpet dried, they would be back out to clean them again. Over all, I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.
