Upon Derek's arrival, he was very polite & courteous while explaining how cleaning process would take place. After explaining the process to me, I pointed out to Derek various spots in the living room where previous attempts at cleaning spots myself with "off-the-shelf" Resolve had failed miserably & left noticeable darker spots in the carpet. Derek assured me these spots would not present a problem & he was certain his cleaning would remove them. Sure enough, Derek was able to remove all the problem area's that were troubling me.
