Near perfect! Called back promptly, followed up as requested. Professional employee, well mannered and listened well to special requests. Very easy company to work with; office staff to service tech. Carpets were very well cleaned, light furniture moved, and replaced after cleaning. Will use again!

Had a coupon for 3 rooms, steam cleaning - $99 or 5 rooms-$149. The service person, came in, looked around and said there were 4 rooms and it would cost $340. He said the coupon prices only covered maintenance cleaning, not deep cleaning. This was a classic bait and switch scheme

We had all of our carpets on three floors and two sofas cleaned during two visits. Adam cleaned our carpet, including a special cleaning for pet accidents. And, then Brian just left after cleaning our sofas. We had never cleaned the sofas so can't wait until they dry and we enjoy them again! Both Adam and Brian were exceptionally professional and worked hard. I love that the carpets and sofa dry in less than 1 day. Thank you!

From the initial phone call to make an appointment, to the service tech, everything was smooth, professional and lived up to their name as Twin Cites Finest carpet cleaners. The tech did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet in 3 rooms. Prompt, polite and everything done correctly. Highly recommend. Tech was able to remove some rust stains from carpet for small additional charge. Worth it!

Twin Cities Finest did an excellent job with our carpets. They responded to be within minutes of me requesting a quote and they had great prices to offer. They send updates with when someone will be at your house and they call you before they start for an accurate estimate. We were very pleased! The best part about it - my husband is a huge Packer fan and has a rock outside of our house with something Green Bay related on it. The person cleaning our carpets obviously saw it and outlined SKOL in our carpet after he had cleaned it. Very funny!

Adam was excellent. He reviewed the entire job and price with me before starting. He explained what he would be doing and he showed me the pictures of our furnace. Since we are moving in to the townhome I had him clean everything and sanitize. He was quick and efficient. The whole process from calling them to set up to getting it done was easy and pleasant.

I needed my air ducts cleaned. i moved in 5 years ago and had not had this done so figured it was time. I called Twin Cities Finest after finding them on Angies List. I scheduled the work within a week of calling. They sent me a confirmation on email as well as a picture of the tech who was coming to my house. He arrived on time. Did a walk around and gave me an estimate. Then he realized he did not have a needed piece of equipment in his truck. He called the office and was able to get another tech to my house within a hour. The second tech was friendly, professional and explained everything as he went through the house cleaning the vents and air returns. He showed me pictures of some of the vents and commented on how dirty they were. He offered an additional service that is good for allergies. I did not take him up on this service. All in all, I am very satisfied and will call them again when I need it done again.

It ended up costing me $538.00. The ad said no "extra" fees. That's all there were, extra fees for everything. They didn't move the furniture, but went around it. I had to have them come back out after I moved the furniture to have them clean underneath. I feel "I" was the one taken to the cleaners.

I took advantage of the three room special. Travis was flexible when I needed to reschedule, maintained good communication the day of service and did an excellent job! He was polite and answered all my questions. Carpet cleaning should be done routinely and I would use this company again.

Called and made an appointment on 4/23. Adam I and Travis P showed up within the time slot given the next day. They were very professional and explained the process in great detail. I was really appreciative that Adam recommended to clean out our dryer vent as well. Which never crossed my mind that, that needed to be done. All and all it was a very pleasant experience, Adam and Travis were great and I will absolutely hire them back in a year or so for another cleaning.

The tech Brian was very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the process. I did not request any special stains or spot be addressed, but every stain except one small one in corner was gone when the job was finished. I bought this house 14 years ago and never had a professional cleaning done. I honestly think the carpet looks better than the day I bought the house(built in 1987).Absolutely doubt if another cleaner would have a better result.

Travis was very kind. He did a great job on old carpeting. We have 3 dogs and I do childcare with 10 kids He got many stains out that I didn't think would come out. He really did make my carpet come back to life.

I bought the $150.00 coupon and the guy said that wasn't good enough in a couple of the areas and he up-sold me a couple of things. I wasn't very happy about that because after the first time through, it looked just the same as it did at the end. I don't know if he actually did something extra. Who knows? Because I didn't watch him. The person we had here had a problem.

Great. The notified me when they were enroute. Derek showed up on time. Explained the process. Gave an accurate bid. Verified by precheck with photos that ducts were pretty dirty. Did efficient job of cleaning. (After photos also shown.) Excellent results.

Their guy (Travis) showed up on time, gave a realistic quote, was professional, and did an excellent job. Carpets look great. Even got out some older stains that hadn't previously come out. I also have them scheduled to do air duct cleaning at another family residence.

I could not be home, so I walked the technician through my needs over the phone. He was very courteous and professional.

A great experience! Started as an e-mail exchange with Jessica to obtain a quote and information about the firm. She was professional, courteous, answered all my questions and quoted a very competitive rate so I made an appointment. The tech, Josh, showed up on time and did a super job. He also was very professional and courteous. He obviously knew what he was doing and the carpet looked great when he was done. I’d definitely use this firm again for my future carpet cleaning needs.

FANTASTIC!! The person doing the work (Marty....ask for him!) was extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing and how to do it best. We have had the carpets cleaned before by other companies but none come close to how great Marty and Twin Cities Finest did. Time was taken to go through the house in detail so as to identify things we knew needed to be done as well as have Marty point out things to us. Marty explained the options and ensured our understanding of them. And then Marty went to work....and stayed at it until he (as us) we satisfied!
