Great! Our carpet was very dirty going down the hallway and into the bathroom. It looks a whole lot better! The service person was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. Would highly recommend Twins Cities Finest to anyone.

The carpet was cleaned to my satisfaction. All but one stain completely removed and that stain has been a persistent problem. It has been nearly 24 hrs since job was completed and the carpet is still too wet to replace furniture and the steps are very wet. I'm using fans to finish the drying. This is the wettest my carpet has ever been after a cleaning so no "A" Would I hire again? We'll see how much longer it takes to dry and how long the stains stay gone

Superb. Beau did a great job, got an unknown origin stain removed and returned my stairwell from the garage to mint condition.

Excellent job and very professional service. Almost all stains completely removed. It took a couple of days to completely dry, but it was raining for most of a couple of days after they left. Once dry the carpet was back to its original condition.

Brandon clean carpet on first floor, stairs and a bedroom on second floor. He was punctual, explained everything he was going to do, looked at the living room carpet closely and recommended his company's solution for deep carpet clean which worked! The living room looks like a new carpet. All of the work was wonderful and I plan to hire Twin Cities Finest next year and I will request Brandon if he is available. Worth every cent.

Austin showed up on time and did a wonderful job. The price was one of the lowest of all of the A rated carpet cleaners. They also snuck me in on very short notice in preparation for my sons party- Im very thankful for that. We had some tough stains. Carpets look great now! I’d definitely hire again!

Excellent work! I am so happy with the work that Beau did on our house yesterday! I am amazed at how he was able to clean 20+ years of grime from the grout of our kitchen floor. He was professional, courteous, and it was a pleasure to meet him. This is a wonderful company--very organized, professional, on time, and with excellent pricing. I would definitely hire them again! I recommend them highly!

Brandon was very professional and took great pride in his work. I was very impressed with him. He removed a 6 year red wine stain that was hidden under our couch! That was awesome! However, it is now day 4 and we still have fans running to dry the carpets. I was told they would be dry 6-8 hours. Yes, the weather has been very humid, but we have kept our house closed up with our conditioner running and they are still somewhat damp. My friend had her carpets cleaned (different company) the day after we did and they were dry the next day. Perhaps too much water was used or it wasn’t all extracted?

I would give this company 5 stars all around. The young man that came to do carpets was very friendly. I thought he did an excellent job of upselling his products. Very well worth it

Well, although the initial visit did not result in clean carpets, the second visit did. I was not impressed with the first person who did the initial cleaning - he had a bad attitude and left one of the carpet so wet that it took 48 hours to dry. However, when I called to express my concerns, the owner was extremely responsive and sent someone else out to fix the mistake. The second person did a fantastic job and the carpets look amazing!

Emails updated every step of the process. Day of we were called and they requested an early start time. Worked out great and the operator was very efficient.

The job included cleaning the carpets on the upper level of our townhouse and some very dirty stairs leading in from the garage to the upper level. Total space included approximately 5 rooms plus stairs. Our cleaner did a fantastic job. The stairs looked great when he was finished, as did the rest of the carpet. There were some areas with staining and he was able to get everything removed. He was not only on time, but called ahead to see if we wanted him to come early. He was very courteous and did a terrific job cleaning. Moved some of the furniture and took care to put plastic under all furniture pieces while the carpet dried. Their price was very reasonable. I would definitely use Twin Cities Finest again in the future.

Twin Cities Finest is a great company! They offer very competitive pricing, scheduling is very easy and their services are second to none. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know in need of carpet, air duct and/or upholstery cleaning.

We had a wonderful experience from the very first contact. They were able to get us in right away, and they delivered on everything they said they would. Derek showed up on time (and they send me a text to let me know he was on his way), and he walked through with a blacklight to see where the unseen carpet issues were. He took care of everything! I wasn't home, but when I got back from work, the house was locked up, clean, pet odor free!! The price was great, and they exceeded all of my expectations. I will recommend them to anyone, and I will for sure call them again! THANK YOU!!
