He allowed us to do a few things to save on cost. He is kind, funny, direct, but open to what you want to do. He wants you to be happy with the end product. His subs are all vetted by him and they were all top notch. My only issue, was the delays with subs, but it is 2022 and we all need patience."

I had to personally reach out to coordinate a time that would work and had the expectation that someone would reach out within the next few weeks after the renovations. While this added some extra steps to the process, once the inspection was arranged, the team was efficient in completing it. Overall, I’m thrilled with the end result and would still recommend their services!"

"We hired Bruce Freeman to create a new vision for the kitchen of our recently purchased 1960's home. Our project was complicated by potential structural issues with moving weight-bearing walls and a stairwell. As a former builder himself, Bruce had the knowledge to know what was and wasn't possible structurally. He listened carefully to our ideas about the style and function we had in mind for the space. He then took that information, coupled with his own expertise, to draft an initial design. He thought outside the box and had the creativity to take advantage of wonderful lighting and views in the back of our home and actually flipped the location of the former kitchen and dining room to optimize these assets. He incorporated our feedback to create a final blueprint. We were able to present these plans to contractors in order to get comparable bids from them. Once work began, our contractor and subcontractors found the blueprint so detailed and complete that they were able to use it without any further modifications to complete the project, saving us time and cost. We were thoroughly pleased with Bruce's work and would highly recommend him for your design needs."
