Description of Work: Brian Jovan of ProTech worked with my insurance adjuster, meeting with him as the adjuster evaluated my hail damage, making sure the adjuster did not miss anything. My insurance claim was approved; and I got a new replacement roof for just the cost of my detuctible. | A large roofing team arrived promptly as scheduled, immediately started work at 7:00 A.M., had the roof and vents replaced and everything thoroughly cleaned up by 3:00 P.M. Workers were very courteous. Brian stopped by twice to inspect the work (once in progress, once afterward. A minor facia repair and moderate gutter repair did drag out, but with my full consent. Yesterday the job was totally completed; and the gutter crew foreman ran my doorbell and specifically asked me about running a downspout that had (in my opinion)been run in a poor direction. With the foreman's help and my explaining a previous problem (ice from the downspout on a sidewalk), the foreman suggested, and agreed to an alternate arrangement which I think will definitely solve the problem I had. Overall, I am very pleased with ProTech; and I would definitely use them again if I need the services they offer.

Description of Work: Replaced roof shingles on home after hail storm. The entire roof was stripped and then re-shingled. The contractor's crew was efficient and professional. Their workmanship was excellent and I am very happy with the job. The 4 man crew completed the work in approximately 10 hours.

They were very professional throughout the entire process and we didn’t encounter one surprise. We met with several contractors before deciding to go with Pro Tech, and what really set them apart was their experience, competence, and most of all, they’re fantastic people. Every conversation we had was productive. They’re great listeners and approached the project with flexibility, focusing on our concerns, not theirs. I cannot say enough about their team; it was a truly enjoyable experience from beginning to end.
Description of Work: Pro Tech Restoration replaced the cedar siding on the front of our home and repaired the roof on our garage.

They worked promply to get everything ready for the new roof by 10:00 or 11: 00 AM .They had began putting new roof on keeping all areas clean and free of debri from old roof, High Quality new roof was installed They worked quickly with out missing a thing! They may work fast but high quality work was done, You can see they Love what they do and are good at this! I recommend them to all my friends and family!! project roof done in one day!! Description of Work: We were looking at other company s and this one offered the most for the money! They offered more and first Insurance would only pay half a roof and Pro Tech Restoration worked it out with the insurance company to replace the whole roof, Not just half. very good Five star company to work with!!

+ -1 moreThey were going door to door and the salesperson had his pitch. He wanted the contract signed before he went away, signed contract. Due to storm damage on roof. We checked with AL and BBB and saw he was licensed right before he came out! We called on 7/10 and said nothing is happening. On 7/14 found out he lied and wants to get out of contract. He was very hostile and demanded to see insurance papers. On 8/31 got a letter saying they tried to call and did not get an answer.
Description of Work: They were supposed to give an estimate for our roof.
