Arrived on-time. Removed shoes(!!!). Nick had great personality & explained everything. Tidied up. Office mgr Mari wonderful w email exchanges. Sent photos of available faucets so I could choose ahead of time. Would hire again & again!

I purchased a Big Deal for $1,468 for a 50-Gallon Rheem Gas Power-Vent Water Heater Installed. She was great. I got the right part, but not the right size. I need a 40- Gallon and I purchased a 50-Gallon.

He did teo jobs on teo different occations and honestly, THE BEST PLUMBER EVER! He did a great job. I would hire him again and again..

Although there were a few glitches with the sump pump during the initial installation, the owner came out to fix it the next day. No problems since. The new sump pump was in heavy use last spring with the melting snow. We're glad we had it installed before winter ended and the melting began.

The first job we had them do went so well that we brought them back to replace the water heater. Mike T did the work replacing the old fixtures. He was right on time and did a nice job. They stuck to the price estimate we had received. Delta faucets and fixtures are high quality but they're also high priced. I might have saved a couple bucks buying the parts from HD or Menards but I opted to have them buy the parts from the plumbing supply shop to have the labor and parts covered by warranty. We spent $975 total for parts and labor. The water heater replacement was done by Nick. He arrived a few minutes early because he wanted to be there when the water heater was delivered by the company they purchase them from. He was able to prep the old heater so when the new one was delivered there was little wasted time getting the new one in place and removing the old one. Again, the price estimate was exactly what we paid. In both instances I talked with Mari by phone and email to nail down the parts and get an estimate. She was very helpful in getting the correct parts identified and priced.

It went very well. i felt it was a bit costly but the service was exceptional. will defintely use them again. Came on time and fixed it in commited time.

Scheduled a quote for 4PM didn't get a call until 4:30PM saying its going to be past 5PM before he could make it. Re-scheduled for the next day. I was pleased with Mike and his quote and told him I would like want him to perform the work and told me to give him a call later on. Left a message that night, left another message the next night and e-mailed him on Monday morning and got ZERO response back from them. Extremely disappointed in this company

I've used them multiple times, once for rough-in my basement (toilet, 2 sinks, and a shower) and another for installing a backup sump pump. Both times I had an excellent experience and great pricing...

Went great. We discovered the leak at about 7PM. Called, planning to leave a voice-mail, but much to my surprise the phone was answered and we scheduled to have My Plumber come out the next morning. Everything was handled professionally and promptly. We had hot water again by the next afternoon.

The workmanship was good and the attention to my request for information on the instalation were met with a full description and the work was performed to my satisfaction.

Mike got back to me right away, I called the office and made an appointment. The plumber was able to come in the evening which fit my schedule. He installed the disposal neatly and quickly, checking to make sure it worked. He had a coupon for $10 off on Angie's list, too! I am quite pleased with my new disposal.

Quite well! I was extremely satisfied. They found our problem, fixed it in an expedient way and at price I was willing to pay so I would use them again. I found them on Angie's list and they had fair reviews. They came out exactly when they were supposed to. They were professional and courteous.They fixed my problem with minimal amount of damage. They could have charged me whatever they wanted because I was desperate but they didn't. The one serviceman that came out was topnotch.

We purchased this service on an Angie's list deal and it was a deal. The plumber arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and outgoing. I would use this service again.

the kitchen sink was all corroded. I feared that sooner or later the pipes were going to burst and then I'd have a worse problem on my hands. Mike and his crew came out and were very easy to work with and very friendly. I really appreciated the work that they did. We had to cut a hole in the outside wall to get to the drain pipe from the kitchen sink because that was the only way he could get to it because of the overhang and when my son went to put the shakes back on, he accidentally drilled a hole in the newly replaced pipe so I had to get them out again to repair that. They were so accommodating. I would definitely use them again for any repairs.

I've used him twice and he's a pretty genuine person. He's reasonably priced and trustworthy. The work was done in a timely manner.

First contact was excellent. Mike returned call immediately and was punctual to our first appointment. He did not recognize the facet brand. I found my original files on faucet (where it was purchased, type and where to purchase parts) and call with the information. We had a lengthy conversation and Mike said he would call the manufacturer and call me back when he had the parts. After 4 or more call (I lost track) and not getting any return calls I have finally given up and am now looking for another plumber.

Excellent work. Showed up on time and completed work in time set out. Replaced water heater and all shut off valves. Quote process was great, as we discussed several options and landed on a solution that fit our needs and budget. Will use on all future work.
