This company impressed me. I have had several of their plumbers out to my house to work on a couple different items (outside spigot repair, oven installation, etc) and their employees are very personable, very professional and great attention to detail. Highly Recommend.

All work was completed quickly and cleanly. New faucet works great and we've been able to keep the drains flowing thanks to advice provided during the service visit.

Mike and Mitch were fantastic. They were on time, professional, and did a great job. They were courteous (even parked on the street as to not block vehicles in our driveway). Mari on the office side was prompt and courteous. Will DEFINETELY use them again.

They were excellent. I had trouble with the water shutoff to the house and they worked with the city to get it resolved. They were prompt, explained the service and cleaned up. They gave great instructions on what needed to be done and how to maintain the softener.

It went very well. There was a gasket that the previous plumber did not put in and he gave me a discount on putting in the gasket because I was not aware of that. He was very reasonable, made sure everything was installed correctly and tight. I will use him again.

Nick from My Plumber was great. He was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. He came out the first time to replace the shutoff valves, but the city couldn't get the water turned off from the street. My Plumber coordinated with the city to find another time for them to come out and try another method of shutting off the water. One week later it all came together and Nick was helpful and efficient and got the job done. He answered all my questions about plumbing and what he was doing without getting irritated which was great. The price was nice and the work well done. Couldn't ask for more. Will hire them again in a second.

Both jobs were completed in about an hour, and the plumber had all the materials required. He let me know what and how he was going to do and showed me the completed work along with an explanation of why he did the repairs as shown.

My Plumber Inc. is simply one of the top two companies I have ever dealt with (it just so happens that the best company I had ever had do work for me recommended My Plumber). I am in the middle of correcting a DIY basement done by the previous homeowner, and needed a few tricky plumbing problems fixed. The solutions that Mike, the owner, and his workers - Mitch and John - came up with to solve those issues turned out better than I expected. After installing new floor, the toilet did not sit flush on the floor, therefore the flange had to be drilled out and replaced with something suitable. Although this was all I intended to do, I sent Mike some pictures for any suggestions to clean up the plumbing supplying my laundry room sink (which is run outside the wall because it is an exterior wall), and my laundry machine supply lines. Mike called, was polite and pleasant, and was not dismissive when discussing what he may be able to accomplish given my situation. Mitch and John arrived, discussed what could be done, and knocked everything out within four hours. They were hard working, skilled, cared about what they were doing, and just a pleasure to have in our home. The price for the work done, I thought, was not only fair, but better than expected. There are a handful of poor reviews complaining that the company did not return their calls in a timely manner. I understand that can be annoying, but they are good at what they do and obviously extremely busy. It took a couple of days for me to receive a reply, but if you give them some time I know you will not be disappointed. I honestly would not want to use another plumber - impressive company.

Second time I have used this company, and would not consider anyone else. The price for services are reasonable and the quality of work is fantastic. When installing the gas line, a gas meter leak was noticed. Later that day we called the gas company, which came out and replaced a part. While inspecting the inside of the house as well, the gas company's technician commented how nice the work was that My Plumber performed.

Great! Will definitely use them again & I am referring them to everyone I know.

They did a pretty poor job. We had a leaking sink in the kitchen, still have actually. That was awful. They had two things we asked them to do was fix the toilet and they didn't even try. The guy looked at the sink and said it has what looks to be a crack and then replaced the sink drain plug which he charged $400 for. It was leaking again within three or four days. We never managed to stop it. They were punctual, very actually.

Been using this provider and have a history that is entirely and predictably a plus!

Sent an email on 4/11/17 with photos and explanation of job. Followed up two days later with phone call that went to voice mail. Have never received a response.

It was a many day experience. It was excellent.

Great work. They worked me in same day as I called. There were right on time and were careful to cover my hard wood floors as they brought the new water heater in and took the old one out. They brought the venting up to code and informed me before doing it what the cost would be. I would highly recommend them.

They did not respond to me for 5 days.

I called several plumbing companies. Most of them use the same scam: "For a small service charge (usually about $60), we'll send a full-stocked truck and a licensed plumber who will give you an estimate. If you accept, we'll do the work on the spot and apply the service charge to the work." The problem with that is you can't get a reasonable estimate of the cost w/o spending service charge money on multiple plumbers. Also, they refuse to give any sort of estimate over the phone. I won't use companies that do business like that. (Benjamin Franklin, I'm looking at you.) My Plumber on the hand gave me a hourly fee and I knew how long the job should take and therefore I knew the price up front. They arrived punctually and did the job professionally. My wife and I are happy with the work and would definitely call them again.

I contacted My Plumber Monday morning and received a text message outlining the hourly rate and what services were needed. I texted back and was able to get service the next day. I was contacted Tuesday to see if it was okay to do the work earlier as Mike was ahead of schedule. Mike was prompt, friendly, and got things in working order quickly. It was great to hear he would address the issue if the leak wasn't resolved. I purchased the Angie's List deal of $149 for an hour of service.
