I purchased a new high efficiency toilet to replace an older one and needed a plumber to install it. I had used My Plumber previously to deal with a problem with the old one, so called them again. They came within the hour and it was done! Cleaned up nicely, did a great job, was very pleasant, and professional. I would definitely use them again!

It was the second time My Plumber came out for pinhole leaks in our main line coming in from out laundry room. They fixed it permanately and I am gratefull and very satisfied with their service!

I thought that I would see a credit for the service that I paid for that haven't been performed. I am hoping that I will get my money back. It would be nice if the business would list the areas they serve. It is difficult to know if we are within a 50 mile radius of a city when we do not know what location they are calling from. Nick was terrific -- thorough, helpful, knowledgeable, and more. As soon as he entered the house, he politely took his shoes off, looked at the kitchen sink, old faucet, and new one (which I had provided), then told me exactly what he was going to do. He also recommended changing the shut off valves, (only $11 each), and explained why, so I figured while he was under the sink, "Why not?" When I brought him to the main water shut off, I asked another question about our water softener. He answered this question thoroughly and provided me with a lot of other useful information. The faucet install went smoothly, and the cost was exactly as promised. Can you tell I like this company?! I realize I I only had a faucet installed, but it was the first time I'd used My Plumber, and their one and only time to make a first impression. Well, it was a GREAT one. It's a relief to know I've finally found a good and reliable plumbing service. Thanks again, and I look forward to working with you again (but not too soon, I hope! :))

Everything went so smoothly. They worked with me to arrange the order of events so that the drains could be checked after the old toilets were removed but before the new ones with installed. They referred me to a drain cleaning company they were familiar with and worked with his schedule as well. Nick very very thorough and friendly and walked me through every step. Payment was easy to complete online. I felt the charges were very competitive compared to other work I have had in the done in the past. It is so nice to find companies in our area that are trust worthy and can be put in the file for future needs!

Nick was our on-site service provider and he was immensely helpful, polite and informative. Throughout the project scoping, scheduling, quoting and coordinating process, Mari was equally helpful, polite and informative. They both have been excellent to work with, affordable rates and very accommodating on the scheduling front. I have already scheduled them to come back for another project and will definitely hire them again for future projects. The best testimony I can offer is I would recommend them to my mother and my grandmother and know that they would be SAFE, their project needs would be met in a timely fashion, the job would be top-notch, and their needs would be met at a reasonable price.

The plumber, whose name I believe was Nick, came right on time. He inspected the whole sump pump system, which was quite old, and installed a new system as noted above. He was very professional and courteous during the entire time he was in my home. and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. It was a very good experience, and I would definitely recommend My Plumber to others.

Shower faucet stems had worn out, causing water leakage into the basement. Mike made an initial trip to diagnose the problem, provide an estimate, and schedule a time for the fix. A situation arose with another customer several hours before our scheduled time, so we rescheduled for several days later. Mike arrived very promptly, removed the stems, and went to a plumbing supply store to get replacements (the old parts did not indicate a manufacturer or brand, which is atypical; I understand he would have been able to bring replacements initially otherwise.) Upon his return, the parts were replaced very quickly. While testing to confirm that the leak was repaired, we noticed the tub was draining slowly, so Mike snaked the drain as well. At all times Mike was friendly, courteous, and professional. I was not bothered by the scheduling hiccup, as my issue was not urgent (I have a second shower) and I understand that emergencies arise. Mike was very densely scheduled, and appeared to make a genuine effort to get my problem taken care of as soon as possible. The price was very fair, and even slightly lower than he had quoted (and the quote had not considered snaking). A very good experience and I would not hesitate to use again.

Everything about the service was fantastic. Mari was courteous and responsive to set up the appointment. Nick was also on time, courteous, informative and very respectful of the our new carpet. He diagnosed the leak in the kitchen ceiling to be from the upstairs toilet and faulty seal ring, We had a new toilet already on hand so we had Nick install that while replacing the ring. The work was done on time, the cost was better than what I had found with many of the other plumbers that I had called and the experience was very positive. I am currently in the process of scheduling additional repairs with My Plumber.

We woke up to water in our basement. The sump pump had stopped working during the night. We searched Angie's List in a hurry and called My Plumber, Inc. The receptionist was able to have a repairman to our home in 30 minutes with a new sump pump. He was very friendly, courteous, and professional. We had our new sump pump installed within one hour! My Plumber, Inc. saved us from having a huge and costly mess in our basement! They deserve a five-star rating.

I called to set up a time and left a voicemail, didn't hear back for a while. Based on a suggestion from another reviewer I then texted and got almost an immediate response. Did all communication via text. Set up an appt 2 days later, Mike was very punctual and did the work within an hour. Definitely will them next time with any plumbing issues. I will only text though!

They were just fast and got the job done quickly. I would use them again in the future.

Great. Nick came right on time, was very personable, cleaned up after he was done. We felt very comfortable with him in our home & so far haven't had any further problems.

We had originally had just planned to have the sink in the laundry room replaced and a new faucet installed. Then we had a few other things to be looked at and he finished all four projects in short order, and was very easy to work with. We would use this firm again if needed without any second thoughts.

Scheduling was a challenge. I called their service number and left a voicemail. Per their service line message, I also texted them. This was the best way to get a hold of them. After 3 days of texting back & forth- they only responded about once a day- I was finally able to get them lined up for a service call 5 days after I called them. On the day of the service appointment, I got a call from the service tech saying he would be 30 minutes late. A little annoying, but I definitely appreciated the call. When he arrived he was very professional and did a great job. He also talked me through how he was planning to handle our two plumbing issues which I really appreciated. In summary, the service and prices were great. Scheduling was a little bit of a hassle. I would use them again for plumbing related projects, but would not call them if I had something urgent to take care of.
