Mike showed up about 3 hours after I called My Plumber. This, after driving though snow-covered and badly-plowed streets in Mpls. It took about 10 minutes, and while I paid for an hour, I was only too happy to stop the leak in the middle of winter. We used a bit more of his time to estimate replacing our two old side-by-side water heaters, which Mike will install ASAP. We could not have been more satisfied for the $ we spent on My Plumber.

They were wonderful. He was right on time very polite and very professional. It was wonderful to get everything done that I got done at such a small amount. I got everything done for $125 which kind of surprised me. I liked their politeness and promptness. There was no problem with the work at all. My interactions with them was fine.

Mike has come to our house on several occasions this past year. We were impressed every time. He did a flawless plumbing job for my bathroom remodel. I had selected a European-style rainshower/tub faucet/handshower combination from Hansgrohe that is complicated to install per reviews on other sites but he had no trouble whatsoever. Most recently I discovered on a Friday at 1 pm that my kitchen sink drain pipe in my recently remodeled kitchen (installed one year ago by another company) was leaking and the cabinet under the sink was flooded. I called and Mike came to the house that afternoon. He had the spare parts and tools he needed with him and fixed the pipe in a few minutes. He also identified that my dishwasher drain was installed incorrectly and fixed that too within a few more minutes. He is super professional, polite, leaves everything clean, and does an excellent job. Also very important in a plumber, very responsive. I find his pricing very reasonable.

After calling 4 plumbers on a day after Labor Day holiday, My Plumber called back and got me an appt two days out. Nick, the plumber, was prompt, al beit the traffic on 494 slowed him down, but he left a text msg saying that he was going to be late. No problem! The replacement of the disposal and faucet came with issues, but Nick was able to work through them, explain them to me, and I thought the charge was fair. We will definitely use My Plumber again!

PERFECT!! I had spoken to other companies and they gave me a song and dance and outrageous costs. My plumber was less than $150, and very prompt.

NOT WELL! I purchased the Buy Now option on August 5 and booked appointment. Their booking available were August 15 16 and 17 afternoon. I am flexible on afternoons just let me know which day. No call back. I did call them the Friday, 12 to find out which day for the following week they scheduled to be here. The message on their phone said they were booking out ending the week of July 22. What happened to me??? I have still not heard from anyone. Today is the beginning of week 5 with no kitchen faucet! I contacted Angieslist and was immediately refunded the money I had paid. I will NEVER use them.

Great! The plumber, Nick, did an excellent job on what appeared to be a pretty difficult job. He worked around several difficulties without complaint, gave me a few reasonable options, and even went out to get a part. This was all included as part of the coupon I got from them for an outdoor faucet replacement, and he didn't charge anything additional. They even updated my shut-off valve. This was the first time I've used them, and I would definitely use them or recommend them to someone else.

Mike is a friendly and professional guy. We had hired him before for bathroom sink and toilet work during the flooring remodel. Like before, he did a wonderful job with the kitchen sink. He came out before we bought sink and faucet to have a look. He checked if the existing plumbing will work for an undermount sink with rear drain. He gave us useful tips and information on purchasing sink and faucet. We are hiring him again to replace the bathroom faucets. Would highly recommend Mike the plumber.

Working with My Plumber was a dream come true! I had both a new washer and gas dryer delivered, but Sears could only install the washer - the dryer needed a plumber familiar with gas installation. Sears had made an appt. for 15 days later - I couldn't wait!! I purchased a coupon for My Plumber and first thing Monday AM - my first choice for an appt. - Mari called me and said her husband would be available that very day. He was prompt, professional and although the dryer posed some challenges, he delivered - and surprise, surprise, he even insisted on cleaning the floor afterwards!! HOLY COW!! I absolutely will use My Plumber again, and highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!

As part of the replacement of the flooring in our two bathrooms, we decided to replace the toilets. The old ones were 30 years old and had to be taken out anyway to install the new floor. The plumber's price for a new toilet was quite close to the price we could get it for at one of the big box stores. Also, by having him supply them, he would take away the old ones at no extra charge, so we bought them through him. He arrived about an hour later than originally projected, but that was all right because the flooring installers were running late in the second bathroom. He had no problems installing the new ones and they work well.

We were emailing back and forth and he told me in email form that my project was considered 2 hours with additional costs. I just thought that was unprofessional. He did not disclose immediately with but instead just informed me of his quitting time. He should have told me this sooner.

He evaluated our problem and gave us some immediate help. We appreciated his honesty, courtesy, attending to our needs, the fact that he did not try to upsell us. We do need to replace the water heater. Although his office was booked up on this day and could not do this service, he referred us to a trusted colleague. We would use him again.

The first time Mike came out ws on Tuesday the 16th. He tried to unclogged the sink but couldn't. He told me he did not have the right tools and recommendd Augie Drain which did have them. Mike did not charge me for anything on the 16th because he said he was not able to fix things. I thought that was amazing. His time is money so he lost an hour on me. Augie came next day and unclogged the sink and told me the p-trap needed replacing and to call Mike. Mike came back today the 19th and fixed everything. All in all Mike's recommendation an his prompt response ater Augie Dran was greatly apprecated. This was for my rental property so I have now happy renters.
