Description of Work: I used this plumber last year for a garbage disposal install and was very impressed. However, when I tried to use them again to replace my water heater, I found it difficult to contact them and I couldn't get accurate information on what kind of water heater they were proposing. With no hot water, I really couldn't keep waiting so I went with someone else who was more responsive.

Description of Work: Went right to work on the problem and did a great job!

Description of Work: Replaced exterior faucet with a frost proof version. Replaced interior valve that would not shut off. It went well. They had to cut a hole in my ceiling but it was clean and they cleaned up afterwards. They took their shoes off while inside the house and were very professional and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: He installed a new garbage disposal after orur old one had delveloped a leak. He was prompt and courteous and completed the job quickly. His fee included the price of the garbage disposal. We would definitely hire him in the future.

Description of Work: Nick worked on leaky faucets in shower and both bathrooms. He arrived at the scheduled time and did a wonderful, professional job. I liked the fact that he could complete the work in one trip and did not have to reschedule because parts were not available. (And that I did not have to order them online, myself.)

Description of Work: Replaced Utility Sink faucet

Description of Work: Had a leak on the inside weld of the pressure release valve of our water heater. Mike came and took a look and we determine that the water heater needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote which I thought was fair and scheduled the replacement a day later. |Nick did the install. He did a very professional install and even added an addition shut-off valve for us. Install took about 2.5 hours. Would definitely use My Plumber again. Very happy with their service.

Description of Work: Installed Woodford Frostfree faucet and had to make room for the new faucet, the existing shutoff valve could not accommodate the length of the new faucet, so he had to cap the old line and add a new shutoff. Excellent service. I have a plumber now for future plumbing needs, My Plumber.

Description of Work: Many smaller jobs including bathroom sink install, toilet repair, fixing seized water valves, stopping leaks and replacing hardware, etc. | |Fantastic service, did not charge me for some hours as Mike thought it was too much even though he invest his own time on my home. Did not mark up parts, and included a couple of items off his truck at no cost. | |I would say he under-charged by $150 or so. He shows care in the work, delivers quality. I use Angie's List exclusively for contractors and My Plumber Inc. was at the top of what I've experienced overall.
