He was very good. He was very professional and fair with his prices.

The contact was satisfactory and they diagnosed the problem but it turned out to be something that they could not fix themselves. We thought that the problem was with the pipe connection but it turned out that the faucet itself was broken and we needed to buy a new hardware. They were on time and they did the work quickly. They indicated that the only solution was to replace the faucet and we did not have another faucet for them to work on, so it was a hard one to rate. I do not want to ding them too much because it turned out to be a problem that they could not solve. They were satisfactory and we had no complaints but the one thing is that we do not know whether there could have been an alternate solution to the problem that somebody else would have determined. They were also efficient.

Based on how well the first repair went, I scheduled a second appointment for installing the kitchen disposal. Both experiences exceeded my expectations. I actually enjoyed having both of them do the work needed. They were extremely competent, personable, and professional.

He was on time and cleaned up after the repair. Good work and fairly priced and friendly. I would call My Plumber again.

Very friendly and personable. Took the time to answer all questions. COuld not get the valve repaired completely as it is 30 years old, but consulted on if and how it should be replaced. Let us make an informed decision. WHen doing the work the main water shutoff for the house broke as he was shutting off the water, He fixed that too without charging a buch extra. Very nice. Mike gave a solid estimate over the phone and came in under his estimate. His anticipated timing of the project was on target and he showed up when he said he would. I'd definitely recommend him again.

The toilet overflowed the night before. We called another plumber who did not get back to us. The next morning, I called Mike at My Plumber and left a message. They got back to me right away and came over within the hour. They sent an auger through the toilet line and tested the flush several times. It solved the problem, so no further work was needed. Very satisfied with the service we received and would definitely use them again.

Called a few plumbers and My Plumber was able to come out the same week I called. We were replacing our old gas dryer with a new gas dryer and I wanted to put a gas shutoff valve on the gas line in the laundry room to bring it up to code. They arrived on time, were friendly, did nice work and let me know exactly what they did. I even learned a few things from the person who came out. I would use them again in the future for plumbing work I can't do myself. Because of their quick response, we didn't need to reschedule the delivery of our dryer. They were great.

Mike came to assess the issue, ordered the part, and came back promptly and professionally and replaced it, sanitizing all necessary areas, door knobs, etc. I have used them before and will use them again! Always a great experience!

We found that we had no hot water, and realized our water heater was leaking from the bottom. This happened on a Sunday afternoon, and we called Center Point Energy's Home Service Plus that we are members of. They sent a guy out that evening who checked our water heater and said it was non-repairable and that we needed a new one. We were called that evening, and quoted a price for a new water heater from someone affiliated with Center Point Energy. In the mean time, I had checked on Angie's List and found the very highly rated "My Plumber" listing and verified that it was the same company that had done some earlier work for us, and we liked very much. My husband called Mike Joyce (My Plumber) on a Sunday evening and left a message for him to call us, and that we needed a new water heater. We received a text from Mike a little while later, saying that he would call us on Monday morning. He did call, talked about the job, quoted us a price, and within a half hour, his technician, also Mike, was at our door and disassembling our old water heater. At 9:30 AM Mike Joyce arrived with our new Rheem 40 gal. water heater, and the 2 of them carried out the old, and in with the new heater. They were very thorough, knowledgeable, and tidy. Their price was several hundred dollars less than the price quoted by Center Point Energy. In all fairness, CPE's quote was for a 12 year warrantee heater, and Mike's quote was for an 8 year warrantee heater. Mike told my husband that the 8 year was sufficient for most installations, and we also get a $70 rebate because our model qualified as energy efficient. We were given the paper work to send in to Center Point Energy.

The technician arrived on time. He removed the old water softener in the basement and hauled it up to his truck. He then installed the new unit which he had delivered a few days before. After filling it with salt and testing it, he went to work on smashing up the old concrete tub and hauled it out too. He then went over the details about how the unit was programmed and the various options for setting the recharging times. He wore shoe covers and put down cloths to absorb any water from the old unit when he brought it upstairs. He cleaned up all the old concrete very well. I was very pleased with the price, and with the professionalism of the young technician.

While installing a new bathroom vanity, the drain pipe going into the wall under the sink was stuck and could not easily be removed. Not wanting to break off pipe, I called Mike. He answered right away, confirmed that he could do the repair, and arranged a visit for the next day. He arrived right on time and had things fixed in an hour. He finished up the sink install as part of his service. I was very happy with the service he provided.

They arrived on time and quickly assessed what was causing the leak. They showed me what caused the leak and how to avoid similar issues going forward. The person was professional and very thorough. I would definitely use them in the future.

Mike returned my call promptly. Made the repairs the same day. I am more than satisfied at the professional work done. The price was half of what I expected to have to pay. I asked for business cards to share with my neighbors. I highly suggest you try their services. Mike is a pro and I'd not hesitate to call him the next time I need, "My Plummer".

I was fed up with my builder grade toilet stuffing up. I called My Plumber to have them put in a new one as well as fix a bathtub faucet that had popped out from the wall. The plumber they sent did the work in the time estimated and did a great job cleaning up afterward. I'm quite pleased with their work and would use the again.

Mike was very understanding and helpful. He didn't push top of the line model and understood what it is like to have a large family. He was fast and efficient and I haven't had any problems as of yet. I felt he was honest and I would definitely call him again if I have plumbing needs.

My Plumber was on time for an 8:00am appointment. He got the old toilet out and the new one installed in no time. He brought the old toilet out to the garage for us, and removed all the packaging from the new one. The new toilet works great and I couldn't be happier with the service and the price. Overall an EXCELLENT experience! We'll be using My Plumber again next time we need a plumber, and that will probably not be too far away since we have 3 other toilets that are the same age as the one we just replaced.

Mike offered a couple choices in replacement water heaters along with specific pricing for either. He uninstalled and removed the original, installed a new one, showed me what I needed to know, and answered my questions. He left the area clean and complete. He was prompt, courteous, and professional.

Mike was very good. Had the right parts with him and worked very quickly. He was careful to make sure it wouldn't leak before leaving. I would definitely recommend him to others as his prices are reasonable as well.

He was excellent. He got back to us really quick. His response was prompt and we did appreciate that because it was at the time of rain and our sump pump was clogged. He came here and was able to assess the problem really quickly and he had to go and get a part for it and he came right back within a short amount of time and fixed the problem and it was great. We had no problem since then and we were very happy with the work. We were happy with the price. I’ll use him again for some work.

I thought he did an excellent job. He came out for an estimate when we scheduled it, after that he did the job all in one day, all on the same day that we asked him to do it and it looks good. Price wise it was what I thought it should cost.
