Shower in townhouse started to drip loudly and constantly so we knew we had to get someone in. Mike from My Plumber came over the next day and had the problem immediately fixed. Spent the rest of my 1-hour minimum answering my questions about other plumbing issues in the home... showing me tricks on how to care for different plumbing-related items, etc.

We appreciated his work and will definitely use his services again in the future.

They showed up on time, worked quickly, and left no mess. They did a good job.

He was very good. He was very prompt. The price included the pump and labor. I don't have a frame of reference for the price but it seemed good. We've used them twice already.

Dan did a good job and was thorough in explaining what he would do to install the garage faucet. He was on time and was personable. I had a coupon that I used in conjunction with the service.

We used My Plumber on two separate occasions to replace two toilets in our home. Mike was honest and didn't try and oversell us. He did a great job and was very personable. He didn't even mind our big, but friendly dog. We will use his services again.

It was really expensive and I go to him because my neighbor recommended him. He's awesome. It was an emergency and I'm freaking out and so he called somebody to fix his work. He's really nice about it and he didn't take advantage of me. He also explains everything and he was really good about it. I used him for several years.

They were able to get someone out the next day. Very professional and knowledgeable. Able to tell us what options we had and gave recommendations. Would absolutely use again.

Mike made time to come over to diagnose the problem shortly after I called him even though he was very busy that day. He ordered the new water heater, arranged delivery (and pickup of old one) and got the new bigger heater installed (modified hookups for new location and fixed an existing venting problem) the morning it was delivered. Great job Mike!

Very happy with the new toilet. The old one would plug constantly; this new one is of much better quality and works so much better. The plumber was courteous and on time.

Mike showed up on time (actually he waited outside because he arrived early), walked through deep fresh snow to get to my front door, and took care of all of our needs for an amazing price!! I had a Groupon for 50% off, but even his regular rates are very reasonable. The part he replaced was only $2.50. He was here for at least 90 minutes and didn't charge anything extra. This was the BEST experience I have had with a company providing a service at my house, and I have had many. I am so pleased with the overall experience and the quality of the workmanship. I was surprised how fast the repair was that I added the toilet valve also. Mitch was great and helpful with suggestions. I feel I received a lot of value without being taken advantage of. Mike was fantastic! I had other plumbers take a look and all recommended that I purchase new fixtures for $1000+. Mike took a look and thought he could replace the stems and seats, but said it might take a while to match up. I appreciated the honesty and after the parts were received they were installed perfectly. We have our bathtub and sink back and couldn't be happier. Thank You Mike for saving us from our plubming issues!

Mike came right on time. I showed Mike our issues. Our tub/shower is 10+ years old and the chrome fixtures looked awful. So I thought we needed to replace the valve in the wall and the whole thing because I couldn't find a "trim kit" at Home Depot. So I bought a replacement valve and the entire kit. It would have taken 3 hours time to replace that and we'd of had to open a big hole in the wall for access. Instead Mike found a trim kit from his supplier and labor was just one hour. I appreciated that. Then I showed him my battery operated backup sump pump and it needed to be properly plumbed with check valves and so forth. He did all that, made the sump pit lit fit properly and the entire thing looks very professionally done now and works great. I was very pleased.

Fantastic. Prompt. Quickly diagnosed issues. All work, including getting equipment was done in < 2 hrs. He also identified issue w/ insulation on water heater that was too close to heater and trimmed this.
