Description of Work: They were great! Very personable and professional! We had them come back two more times. We had our kitchen faucet fixed, shower fixed, a new toilet, bathroom faucet and water softener installed. We will definitely be using their services again and highly recommend their services. We not only received great plumbing services, but we know who to call in the future. A++++++

Description of Work: Mike was great. He showed up on time and was friendly and professional. Not only did he take care of the plumbing issue but he was kind enough to help me push my elderly neighbor's car out of his snowed in driveway before he left. We will be using his services going forward.

Description of Work: I had a pipe leak in my basement after normal business hours. I called a number of places from Angies list but most of them had a recording. I called My Plumber and got a real person who responded. Mike Joyce showed up about 20 minutes after my call, he took a look at the leak and immediately went to his truck for his tools. He turned off the water, took out the offending pipe, replaced it with new copper pipe and got me settled within an hour. He showed me the old pipe, explained how the hard water in Edina had created the problem (the pipe was in the line before the water softener) and told me how the repair it in the future (with plastic pipe) to avoid having this happen again. As I got ready to write a check, Mike discounted the payment by $25 to accomodate the Angie's List discount. I was ready to pay full price because it was an after hours call. I am extremely comfortable with My Plumber (Mike Joyce) and will call him again in the future and will use him when I get ready for a permanent replacement of the system.
