Lock works perfectly and I love it. Has a nice solid clunk when closed. We were told by a relator friend and another locksmith we've used before (can't recall the name) that this is a very high quality lock and expensive to replace. Jesse (from Integrity) did a beautiful restoration job - he took a lot of interest in our old house and old lock - went out of his way to find and improvise needed parts - overall fabulous work!!!!! I've already made two personal recommendations to friends in the neighborhood. Will definitely call again if the need arises.

Jessie, owner of Integrity Locksmith, arrived within his stated time frame. After discussing what work I wanted done, he promptly got to work on the task. In addition to rekeying the locks, he lubricated and tightened up all the locks and door sets on all three doors. They now work without sticking! Jessie was friendly and professional the entire time. I felt safe letting him work unattended on the basement door while I worked in my office upstairs.

Service was simple, quick and painless.

Working with Jessie was very pleasant. He answered our emails/calls promptly, came over on time, and worked efficiently and neatly. He gave us several options for dealing with the poor locks on one door, and I didn't feel he was trying to push us towards the more expensive ones at all. He even put a few extra screws into the door jamb reinforcement plate without us discussing this work, free of charge, because he felt that it would make it more solid. That was a nice unexpected touch. I'd work with Jessie again any time!

My locks were a mess... a combination of old locks from before I owned the house and new lock my friend installed (incorrectly). The lock guy from Integrity came and quickly assessed my wacky situation and got me all set. I feel safer and now have ONE key to rule all the doors. AND I was expecting to pay a ton... but it was very, very reasonable. Very pleased.

He called to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and asked if I were available, so he came early. As soon as I showed him the problem with the locks, he knew exactly how to correct them. The locks work very well now. He could have told me I needed new locks, but he was honest. He was very friendly and polite and I highly recommend him.

Accidentally locked ourselves outside of a bedroom door. Had keyed entry, a flashback to our days of raisng teenage boys who used to steal each others clothes. :) The key had been long lost, forgotten. We scheduled the service for the next business day. Turned out to be treacherous weather, bad traffic & driving conditions. Was impressed when he called to advise us of a delay. Upon arriving, he handled the problem quickly, efficiently & professionally. Very friendly, affable guy. Felt though he was extremely fair in his pricing. Would definitely call him again. Bottom line..... we were impressed & we trust him!

I had two deadbolts installed on two doors. One required having the hole cut in the door and jam. The other was a replacement. He was very neat while he worked, cleaning up after himself as he cut the holes. He made sure both locks worked correctly. One of the doors wasn't hung correctly, so he worked to make sure that was corrected, and the door locks moved correctly. He was punctual and did the work in two hours. His work is excellent and his charges are reasonable and competitive. I would use Integrity Locksmith again.

We agreed on time, he was a couple minutes early, very polite very personable. Spent an hour on the safe, but wasn't able to get it open, offered to contact another locksmith who was an expert on it. Didn't charge me for the work, and got me in contact with someone who was able to help. I couldn't have asked for more from then experience and will hire him again for other work.

He was very polite and efficient . I would use him again and and highly recommend him.

Jessie was friendly, knowledgeable and personable from start to finish. He was up front about the costs, scheduling and even gave me a 10 % discount for being a local resident. When Jessie showed up to do the work, not only was it accomplished quickly but I found him very engaging....a real person who takes pride in his work. This was a refreshing change after having just got screwed by another locksmith company. I'd recommend Jessie and Integrity Locksmith to anyone!

Jessie was great...responded to my needs promptly and got the job done very quickly. We had lost the key to a door and he rekeyed it to match others in the house.

Jessie responded to our inquiry very quickly with an approximate cost of the service. We chose him instead of others because of his reviews on Angie's List even though he wasn't necessarily the least expensive. He was very flexible with us. We had to change the date he came to perform the service a couple times because our closing on our house was delayed. He was very nice about it and we were able to schedule something the morning after we closed. He was early, quickly re-keyed everything, and installed the deadbolt. He gave us some advice about our locks and doors because we asked, but did not push us to do anything more. After some time we noticed it was difficult to lock the doors (it seemed things were not aligned). We informed Jessie of this and he quickly offered to come out and take a look and fix anything that he did incorrectly without charging a service call. We ended up resolving the problem ourselves and didn't have him come back, but he did follow-up a couple times to make sure all was okay. Overall, it was a good experience and we would recommend him again. Oh, he also gave us a 10% Angie's List discount, which is always nice :-)

I used Integrity Locksmith a couple years ago to change the locks on a few doors in my home. I kept Jessie's information and called him when in a bind recently. I had a home going on the market and I was out of town. My realtor called prior to an open house and said the key was no longer turning the lock. I called Jessie and he was more than willing to come out and meet my realtor to do the work. Not only that, but he did it in the same day. I had likely put the lock together incorrectly after painting the door and Jessie fixed it in a short amount of time. If I could, I'd give him an A+ for service -- he's personable, flexible and goes the extra mile for very reasonable prices.

Jessie came over, popped the knob off, twisted the inside and the door was open, then using the key put the lock back together and working just fine. Slicker than a greased pig! I offered to pay him the going rate, but he refused to take money from a neighbor. So I was Really Pleased to find he was on Angie's List, so I can at least leave him the A+++++ rating he deserves.

Jessie has exceeded my expectations on two projects now and I look forward to hiring him for a third. Not only is he affordable, knowledgeable and punctual, he's also really friendly. I've now hired him for a mini project and a regular sized project and he never misses a beat.

Excellent. Jesse not only repaired the deadbolt lock but also took the time to improve the strike plate. The lock works much better than before. The Pella storm door required a new part. Jesse ordered that promptly and scheduled a time to install it as soon as it arrived.

We called Jessie about fixing our locks, and he was to our house within a week. It wasn't a rush, but he was great about getting to our house quickly.

I called a week or so before hand just so I had it off my "to do" list. He was great on the phone and answered promptly.

Jessie, the owner, was so helpful and knowledgeable. I needed to replace my handlesets and locks on my front door. He directed me to a website online where I ordered all my hardware. Once the hardware was delivered, I gave Jessie a call and he was here the next day. He arrived on time and professionally and courteously installed my hardware and adjusted my door better than it has even been!

I needed the locks to my home either re-keyed or replaced. I called Integrity Locksmith to have them come out to take a look at it and take care of it. Jessie came out exactly on schedule. I explained what I needed and he recommended changing the locks. I already had some new locks on hand so he used those and he had the locks replaced in no time at all. I stood there and talked to him the whole time and he was very personable and friendly and offered advice on locks if I ever want to change the ones I have at a future date. Very reasonable pricing too. I would definitely recommend him.

Left a message for Jesse and he returned my call within 15 minutes. We were able to set an appointment for Saturday morning. He was right on time. Looked at all of the doors and provided an estimate for time and money. It took less than an hour and the final price was a bit less than the initial estimate.

I called in the morning and Jessie was out the same day within the time frame he told me. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. I would definitely use him again.

I took the wrong keys with me when I left the house, and only had one of the correct keys when I returned. Jessie was attentive and courteous on the phone when I called in a panic, and he was at my residence promptly. He asked for my ID, as he should have, and got me back in the house in a matter of moments. He gave me a 10% discount and was far more personable than I have come to expect. Superb!!
