Jessie was very help via email and when I called. He helped me choose locks and answered my questions Andrew was prompt, friendly and professional. He installed my locks and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Integrity Locksmith.

Deadbolt would no longer open on front door. Service person was on time, explained everything with excellent physical distancing practices. Turned out that the deadbolt was broken so even though it was late on a very hot day, he replaced the deadbolt on the front door and then the back door deadbolt and knob with locks made with brass and steel(no plastic parts) for a very reasonable price. I would definitely hire again.

It was a Pella storm door lock that had broken. It took them 25 minutes to get it open, and then they determined it could not be fixed. They said they would look for another, and they found one, and installed it. It went very well - great service and fair price.

Jessie at Integrity Locksmith asked me to text him a photo of the existing lock, was super helpful in answering my questions, and helped me find a retailer that could sell me a replacement lock. He was unbelievably helpful, even though he knew I might not even need his locksmith services. Finding someone who is willing to go out of his way to help is rare these days. Jessie really lives up to his company's name "Integrity."

Our front door handle never worked from the day we moved into our house and we didn't have a key for it. The lock fixture is not a standard lock -- it is old, big, and decorative. Removing the whole thing would have meant repainting the front door, etc. I called Integrity, got an appointment easily, and the locksmith came at the defined time. He was able to repair the exist door handle from the inside (he said it was never installed correctly) and re-key the deadbolt (which was also not really installed correctly before). The whole process took about an hour. He was super friendly and professional -- and nice to our overzealous Labrador "helper".

I received a quick call back. They performed the work a couple of days later. It was delayed due to my schedule- not theirs. The locksmith was a little late, but it was during rush hour, so it was understandable. The locksmith was quite personable and the work was done quickly. My locks work great.

Was not home when he came, but wife was. Said he was nice, professional and was quickly done. What more can be said.

The day after making the appointment my husband said he wanted to tackle the project himself, so I emailed Jesse and canceled. Jesse was super professional about the cancellation. We will use him again if we need a locksmith.

Overall experence top notch. Worker was late by 15 minutes for the appointment but called in advance and managed my expectations so not an issue. I always appreciate a quick phone call as a heads up in those instances. Re-keyed the locks, clean up some of the gunk left behind by WD40 usage by a previous owner, offered tips on how to properly lubricate locks going forward, swtich cylinders in doors so that those that haven't seen much use will now be used more and those that have been heavily used will be used less often. I was told typically Angie's List members get a 10% discount (at least at this moment in time). Worker provided 7 free keys so that was slightly greater than the offered 10%. A nice surprise. Approximately 2 hours work in below zero conditions. Appreciate the effort and professionalism. I would use them again if needed.
