Description of Work: I was selling my house and needed my front door re-keyed. My realtor suggested them and dealt with them from start to finish. I did not have any contact with this business, however, I do know that they did not show up for the first appointment and my realtor had to contact them a second time. Also, it took them about a month to deposit the check I wrote for payment. Overall, the workmanship was fine, but missing the first appointment and sitting on the check was bogus.

Description of Work: Mr. Lesmeister responded promptly to my phone call. He was most courteous and professional. He listened carefully to my request for help in obtaining replacement keys for a 31 year old imported Italian car. He told me that while he would probably be able to help, he strongly recommended another locksmith whom he deemed more qualified and more likely to be quickly successful. I very much appreciated his candor and help with referral. A couple days later, and promptly at a pre-arrranged time, Mr. Michael Mattern CRL, of "A -LOCKMAN" arrived at my home in St. Paul from St. Louis Park, MN, complete with a well-equiped mobile vehicle. He was as pleasant and helpful as he had been on the telephone. He went right to work, but the task took about three hours. I was with him the full time and he didn't stop. He made at least five phone calls, especially to peers to help with a computer search for data on the missing keys ... which had been made 32 years ago. While reproducing the the trunk key proved easier, the trial and error of making the ignition key de novo was most tedious. After at least 20 trips between the car and the "shop" in Mr. Mattern's van, he was finally successful with starting the car. He made several duplicates as requested.
