Concrete Builders

Description of Work: PROVIDER CAME TO MY HOME, SPENT AN APPROPRIATE AMOUNTOF TIME LEARNING MY NEEDS, THEN RESPONDED WITH A QUOTATION IN A TIMELY MANNER. AFTER INTERVIEWING SEVERAL OTHE CONCRETE PROVIDERS, I CHOSE THIS ONE BASED ON REFERENCES, PRICE AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE SERVICE I REQUIRE. I SIGNED A CONTRACT AND MADE A DOWNPAYMENT TO HAVE THE WORK DONE IN THE SPRING.

Description of Work: I had my garage floor and apron torn out and completely replaced. I also had a bulging, concrete block foundation wall repaired in the back of the garage, from prior damage before I bought my home. John and the crew knew exactly how to fix it and always kept me in on the decision making process. John and his crew were very professional, always kept me up to date on the status of the project, and were very nice to work with. Thanks for all your hard work John and crew!

Description of Work: We have a concrete driveway that is in very poor condition due to an enormous tree that is near the end of its lifespan. John gave us a ton of information to help us make a decision about what to do, and his ultimate recommendation was that we do nothing, or consider blacktop, a service he does not provide. I was very impressed with his integrity and understanding of the limitations of concrete repair. The two other individuals we contacted were much less realistic.

Description of Work: I called Concrete Builders to get an estimate on breaking up and repairing thin and damages portions of a basement floor. After hearing about my problem, the owner spent a good fifteen or twenty minutes on the phone explaining how I could do the work myself and save myself the money. Two bags of Quikcrete and a few hours later, I was done. Can't thank him enough! He even called me back later to check to see how it had gone. If I ever need any concrete work, you can guess who I'll call!

Description of Work: This bid was to knock down a retaining wall, replace 4 entry steps and replace front walk. ($5,475.00)

Description of Work: JOHN FIXED A CONCRETE WALKWAY THAT BUFFERED MY APARTMENT BUILDING FROM AN ALLEY. HE DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB AND GAVE ME THE LOWEST ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK HE POSSIBLY COULD. I'M SUPER DELIGHTED. FROM NOW ON I WON'T EVEN BOTHER GETTING OTHER ESTIMATES. I'LL GO STRAIGHT TO CONCRETE BUILDERS.
