Excellent. Scope of this project was to repair sidewalks and patio that had safety issues (i.e., avoid tripping over uneven surfaces). John did a great job repairing these surfaces. As an added "plus", his craftsmanship is fantastic! He does repairs that look good.

Very smooth. John wanted a picture of site prior to seeing it so he could begin assessment of the work. He arrived promptly and made quote. Work was done on time; John kept us informed as to schedule during the entire project. He took care to explain in detail the problems and solutions. Cost around $4000. I would hire him again.

John did an excellent job throughout the entire process. He explained the process in great detail, and was exactly correct with the root cause of my sagging asphalt driveway at the garage interface. He was very prompt and professional and the project turned out perfectly. He really cared about the quality of the install and was not in a rush to move on to the next job. His price was not the cheapest, but I am very happy with the outcome.

This was a relatively small project, but John didn't treat it that way. He was extremely responsive: arranged a site visit on a Saturday morning, we had the estimate that night that we approved, and work was scheduled for Wednesday. Best part, the concrete looks great! John and team did a great job. Other companies would not bid since it combined replacing sidewalk, removing sidewalk, patching sidewalk and adding dirt in a couple locations. John was diligent in ensuring the job met our needs and in meeting with me beforehand. Job was completed in two days, John communicated with me throughout, and they were punctual as well. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Responsive to phone calls. Arrived early to give a bid. Punctual when arriving to perform job. Went above and beyond in filling additional holes and areas to patch. I needed a cracked concrete slab replaces in my backyard. Concrete Builders took care of it and did a great job and John was very friendly and courteous. Would recommend them to everyone.

We had a an issue with water coming into our basement where the driveway met the foundation. John spent lots of time coming up with various options to run drainage, and ultimately came up with a solution that didn't require that we spend thousands more replacing our very large driveway. He also suggested and poured a little drainage way where water would pool in our driveway. No more water in our basement, and no more pooling of water on the driveway. We appreciate John and his thoroughness and helpfulness. This is the second job we've had them do (first was front steps and sidewalk several years ago.

John replaced a segment of our driveway where the driveway met the foundation of our house and was leaking. John spent considerable time determining the best drainage options for our situation and budget. We now don't have any water issues, or pooling on our driveway.

They did the work immediately from the time we got the bid. Speedy response and service. The owner was professional and pleasant. They did the work well high quality work.

We called for a quote, and spoke to John (the company owner), who came out the next day. He was friendly, professional, and straightforward. He quickly found out what we wanted, improved upon that (he really knows what he's doing, of course!), came up with a plan, and quoted us on the spot. He uses rebar for even small projects like ours, because he wants to build things to last. And he charges a fair price. He and his employees did a terrific job! We would definitely hire them again for any future jobs, and highly recommend!

John is a combination of a master concrete finisher and master landscaper. He took a lot of time to walk me through the layout of the patio and the challenges of my sloped yard. Each time we increased scope, he triple-checked that I was comfortable with the changes and increased cost. He also saved me time by bringing in the dirt fill and grading it for me. In addition, he was responsive, meticulous, and just a really nice guy. I called him on a Friday and my patio was done less than a week later. He came back even after being paid to touch up the joints. The patio he created for me is 100x better than I envisioned or originally planned. I would definitely recommend and hire John and his terrific team again!
