John and his team were great. John pointed out some things about our driveway that no other contractor mentioned and took the time to explain and make sure I fully understood. His price was right on par with other contractors (4 car garage) but with much better knowledge and customer service. His team was very good and were even fun with our kids, showing them tools and the concrete truck. It was and outstanding experience start to finish and have already recommended them to a few of my friends.

Three guys, very professional and courteous. Explained everything they were going to do, answered all my questions before and during the job, had good opinions but open to comment/suggestion. We keep nearby milkweeds for Monarchs and they left them undisturbed. Finished product looks great. Cleaned up everything perfectly. Even offered them a few extra bucks but they would not take it.

John came out to provide an estimate. We had water standing in the garage during the winter. John did a thorough job of finding the likely source of the issue (apron was higher than garage floor due to shifting). I had indicated water buildup in the front corner of the garage (where the foundation was failing). John did a thorough job of finding the low point in the garage using a 6-foot level. This showed me that the corner of the garage floor was not the low point and did not need modification. We had discussed where the expansion joints would be in front of the 2-car part of the garage, but I did not remember the discussion of expansion joints in front of the 1-car stall. John was kind enough to come out a second time to ensure my happiness with the location of those joints. John and his crew did the job about 3 weeks later. I saw how cleanly the pour locations were prepped with plastic around to prevent concrete from going where it shouldn't, rebar located appropriately, and a level looking base. After the pour was complete, they continued to be careful in sighting the expansion joints from a distance to ensure an even looking split. The results were clean and professional, not to mention correct in terms of slope/level relative to the garage floor and to the asphalt driveway. The site was beautifully clean when they left with soil returned to its origin around the foundation and nothing left for me to clean up except for the tape/ribbon that reminded me not to drive on the apron before curing was complete.

Cut into garage floor so apron over lapped support clock so apron would not sink again. All cracked sections of driveway and sidewalk replaced.

Responsive, informative. Had 5 different quotes - multiple solutions were offered. Sat down with us and showed us exactly what needed to be done - on paper and pulling back the sinking driveway. The support ledge was badly deteriorated. Dug down a few feet to insure that the supports were adequately repaired. Friendly, high quality service.

Unfortunately for me I was unable to use this provider. I live outside their service limits. I would most definitely have engaged with this vendor otherwise. John returned my call promptly. He gave me very good advice even tho the job was out of his service limits. He gave me an high level quote of what he thought the job should cost. Just an all around great experience dealing with him. After this call, it is easy to see why he was been consistently rated A+. I appreciate so much being treated this way. Great customer service. I would most definitely recommend him to others within his service area.

Install went really quick. John made time in the busy fall schedule to make my job priority since I had first discussed it with him in August. He made multiple trips to talk to me and my wife about design and color. The job took about four days as it took a day to excavate, a day to frame and reinforce, a day to pour and stamp, and then the last day John came back to finalize the cutting of the control joints. The tractor rim I wanted to use for the center ring was 36" and fit perfectly into the 38" space John left at the center. The size was appropriate with plent of room to walk around. I still have some work to do on the grass/dirt around the edges of the patio in order to level the ground out a bit more. The one thing that didn't turn out quite as I would have liked is the color of the patio. I had selected the most gray color there was from the chart, but after sealing the color of the patio actually has a pink hue. I'm hoping that the pink color fades over winter once it has some snow settle on it and ultimately look more gray like the adjacent concrete that pre-existed. I would post a picture but there isnt that capability.

I contacted John a few weeks back and described my problem. He was working on other jobs and said he would contact me when he would be in my area. He followed up and we set an agreeable date. John arrived when he said he would and provided an agreeable estimate. He quickly got to work removing the damaged block and replaced them with solid concrete. John did a great job and the repaired area looks great. I'll definitely call John again if I need other concrete work.

John responded to call and quote request quickly. He met me at the job site to discuss particulars. He provided a few options and provided expertise. He was friendly and professional. He completed the job as schedule on time. He also contracted out having the railings to be refinished and reinstalled. Done well and on time also. Would recommend this company to anyone. They were not the cheapest quote, but expected them to be the best price for the quality to be done. Thank you.

John was wonderful from start to finish. He explained things so carefully that I knew the job would be well done and I emerged with a new understanding of drainage issue related to my house. He and his team completed the project in two days and it is beautiful. They laid new concrete and formed it so that it formed a seal along the side of the house and flowed away from the house. He also gave me additional ideas about improving the existing gutters that would improve drainage. I will be calling him in the spring for some additional work!

The whole job was completed by John and his crew in onlly two days. On the second day we could already use it. The completed work was done beautifully, with much attention to detail and usefullness. He listened to what we wanted, and made excellent suggestions as to how to do it better. He has an outgoing personality, was very friendly and attentive to our needs. His main focus was on the safety of getting in and out of the house, and getting to the ddriveway. It all went much better than we could have expected. He quoted a fair price and kept to it.

John answered the phone and I stated that I was looking for a company that would repair driveway cracks. He asked questions to get a mental picture of what I was dealing with. He spent quite some time with me on the phone. His recommendation was not to waste my money on repairing those cracks because they will just reappear again very quickly. He was guessing between $800 to $1000 based on what I described to him. He convinced me that I would be better off saving the money and put it towards replacing the driveway when that time came. The driveway is 16 years old. He was very easy to talk to and not rushed with me. He explained everything clearly. His reasoning for recommending not repairing sounded like good advice once he explained everything on how the ground movement would just reopen the patch work. I appreciated the fact that he took my call and spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with me. I will be calling him next year when I'm ready to replace my driveway.

I am really happy with the work that was performed. Had a great experience from quote to completion. The repairs were done well, with a focus on quality and longevity. I was given a recommendation on a provider for a new railing to bring my rail up to code. The crew was professional and courteous and kept in contact regarding their progress. Came home from work to find the job complete, the site clean and it the staris look good.

Great from start to finish. John (owner) showed up and went through everything with us. Gave us some options and advice on what to do. Really nice guy and it's quickly clear when you talk to him that he wants to do a great job and take good care of his customers. Said he'd write up an estimate and have it to us in a day, which he did. On the day of work John showed up on time and went over the work to be done again and the schedule he had planned. Everything went as John stated and him and his crew were all nice to deal with. Personable, professional and respectful. What initially was planned as a two day job John got done in one day (was supposed to be heavy rain day #2) by bringing his whole team in and working late until everything was done. We got 3 other estimates and John's was the highest (not much higher than some), but we felt the most comfortable with him and trusted him the most to do the work we needed done. We're happy we chose to work with him. Everything was as expected and the finished job looks great.

It went very well. John came out quickly to give us a quote. He was very knowledgible and friendly. They were able to work us into the schedule quickly and start about a week later. The work was done correctly and well. They cleaned up completely and left us with no mess. It looks great !

The service from these guys was AWESOME! i can't say enough about their professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

John was very up front on what we had to do and why it happen. He told me what he was going to do and what I needed to do to prevent this problem again. He had a couple of good workers with him. They didn't mess around. They were very neat in the work and cleaned up very well after their job was complete.

John and crew started when they said they would and got done in good time. Our garage floor, apron and new stair look great! We did have lower bids, but after John's careful explanation of the work he was going to do, we knew it would be a quality job and a long-lasting one, too. It went perfectly and looks absolutely great. It took three days to complete the job. People were here right at 7am (!!) everyday and John was on site every day either checking out the work on helping out with the work. He was very complete with his explanations to me and was very sincere. I checked into another good company and they would have done the exact same work Concrete Builders did for $1000 more, so I feel I got a fair price.
