Description of Work: Carpet in Living, Dining and Foyer were cleaned. Pale beige frieze throughout was dingy and never cleaned before. No kids in the house, but two 70 lb Golden Retrievers. Amazing result. I was extremely satisfied.

Description of Work: This was a return visit to clean my carpeting. The main problem was pet odor . They advised us of the 3 steps of removal. They worked VERY hard to clean it. Overall cleaning was very good but odor could not be removed. The second step was done and Steve worked very hard. apparently odor went into the padding. We chose at that time to try using the carpeting before going to the 3rd step. we still haven't decided. Steve worked very hard to remove. The carpet cleaning in General was excellent. Impressed with the effort and professionalism. We definitely will use them again for cleaning. Love the fact that it is chemically free. I have recommended this service to friends and one friend has already used them. Thanks!

Description of Work: Great Company!!! They were on time and got all the stains out of the carpet!!! I ended up buying some of the extras but it was worth it!! They are a little pricer then other cleaning places, but there was no bad oders and the carpet dried alot fast then expected.

Description of Work: We had 3 rooms and a set of stairs cleaned for $225.00 by a delightful technician Mark Lightner. He was extremely professional, responsive and informative. He got right to work and explained where the problem areas were. There were a couple of small areas that he could not get the stains out. He explained that he had never seen anything like it before. But since we have no idea what the previous owner had on those areas there is no way of knowing what caused the staining. Mark did say that if we were not completely satisfied with his work he would go over it again. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone. I would also recommend you ask specifically for Mark Lightner.

Description of Work: I cannot say that the date or price are accurate because it was some time ago that I had my carpets cleaned but it was less than 6 months ago. I am not one to write reviews but this company does deserve this review. I have used Zerorez twice. The first time they came out, I was not impressed. The technician would not move sofa because he said it is a sectional. (The phone person never mentioned this when I inquired about furniture being moved). The sofa was a sectional but not connected. So it really was a sofa and a loveseat put together... At any rate, while the technician talked and tried the sales pitch on me, I moved the furniture. This was not the greatest experience HOWEVER I moved forward and had him clean my carpet. When he left, my carpet looked great, smelled great, etc. Stains-gone. I love that there is no soap or chemicals used. At any rate, even though the tech was not terribly the best, the product was spectacular. So it was and is worth it. So I called again a few months later, a different tech came out and he was a lot better than the first tech I had so it was like icing on a cake! Trust me, this is the best carpet cleaning you will ever have. Usually if I have a bad or even a slightly not great start with a company, as I did with this company, I would not use them again. That's how great the end result is... you will find a way to get over the companies imperfections because your carpet will be the main thing you see!

Description of Work: I hired them for my carpets, but decided to give them a try on my kitchen floor tile as long as they were there. The results werre amazing -- never know my tile would look so good. On time and finished in time they estimated. Price as quoted.

Description of Work: They originally cleaned carpet on 10/1/2011. The carpet was very dirty. I beleive they did a good job, but there were several small areas that were not satisfactory. I contacted Joe, Zerorez service manager, and he set up another cleaning date. Again they were on time. the cleaning tech saw the problem areas, and cleaned these areas. There was no charge for this. I would certainly use them again, and I can give their service a "A" rating and recommendation.

Description of Work: I went on the ZeroRez website and filled out my information, I was promptly called within about an hour and spoke with a gal about having a quote for the service. I told her I wanted all the carpets cleaned and she asked about the rooms and sq. footage. I told her 3 bedrooms and 2 living areas and guessed about 1,000 sq feet of carpet for the whole house. She informed me that up to 900sq feet is $225 and it is $25 for each 100 additional sq feet. I thanked her and was going to do further research. Found other companies at similar price but decided I'd heard good things about ZeroRez and would go with them. I called back the next day and the lady quoted me $350 or so for the exact same job. She said the other lady must have made a mistake. Very misleading, they may do a good job but FAIL at providing a fair and accurate quote.
