Wow. I had an appt scheduled this morning with these guys. I had Covid a while back and was on day 23, not contagious and not shedding the virus (I am a nurse), but I felt the prudent thing was to still do this contactless. I told all this to the scheduler when I made the appointment. Tech shows up this morning, I told him the above and he suddenly says he needs to get another tech out here that doesn't mind about the covid. Then I get a "cheerful" call from the scheduler saying we have to push the appt out a couple of weeks, there was a misunderstanding. I tell her I told them everything when I set up the appt. She tells me "I am still talking" and says I told their tech I still had covid (which I didn't) and their policy is a negative covid test. First I heard about negative Covid tests, funny thing I could have provided that if I had known before the tech showed up. THE TECH DIDN'T ASK ME ANYTHING, just suddenly said he had immunocompromised family and would get someone else out here. I was 100% transparent. To the scheduler that was "still talking": you need some customer service training. The mistake was NOT mine. Normally I would have asked to speak to a supervisor but with her behavior I just decided to cancel the whole thing; never use this company, and tell 100 people about the awful experience.

Excellent! No pet odor - removed urine and feces. Very professional - wore mask which I appreciated! Have hired before and will do again!!

This was the best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. The technician was personable and informative. He called to see if it was okay to come early. Usually when I’m given a time frame, they arrive 5 minutes before the time is up. He did a beautiful job - my house smells fabulous and the carpet looks new. He made suggestions for extras which I took him up on. I really appreciate that it wasn’t a hard sale, just suggestions. In the cost, I also got spot and smell removers that have lifetime refills. I will recommend Zerorez to all my friends!

I was really impressed with the service. The young man who did the work was fast, courteous and professional. I love that Zerorez is free of chemical as I have a high sensitivity to chemicals and smells. Everything dried quickly and felt so fresh. I will definitely call them again to help me. My house is very small, so smells and dirt seem BIG in that space.

They did a good job with cleaning our carpets. I am disappointed though with poor customer service. Right after I let them in my home, one of the guys took a good look at the areas that needed to be cleaned. Then he started enumerating the things they can’t do like move this couch, or the stairs won’t be so cleaned and will look “just like that after etc. How about tell me what they can do and what they are goid at?! He saw my two dogs at the back and insinuated right away that there might be something underneath the carpet “that may come out” if I don’t tell him. I know that this is a trick that companies would us to make you purchase extra services. I told him that my dogs are well trained and they do their business in our yard. After that he didn’t talk to me anymore. I handed my credit card payment to the other guy and I am so relieved after they left. Very poor customer service. I have duct cleaning with them scheduled next week that I a can’t wait to cancel!

Things went well, the technician was very knowledgeable about the overall process, the challenge with pet urine and stains. He was very thorough in his explanation of removing a carpet versus having it cleaned. He was honest.

ZeroRez did a fantastic job. Everything went smoothly, my carpets look and smell great!

Really well. Put an industry grade fan on the the upstairs while he cleaned down. Took about an hour, included hallway for free. Explained everything well and wasn't pushy with extra cleaning options and products. There is a $15 disposal fee on the prices they quote as an FYI.

The job result was outstanding ‼️ John arrived on time, explained the process completely and got to work. So polite and efficient. He got stains out I thought would never leave. When we looked around when he was done I could hardly speak I was so overwhelmed with happiness. It’s like I have brand new carpet. I will never use another carpet cleaning company. Technocians were very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, the type of stain reappeared after cleaning. Zero rez came back without a question. 2nd tech tried everything...again because of the type of stain they reappeared... I would call zerorez again for a routine cleaning to see how it goes...

Carpets look amazing, the tech who arrived was helpful and extremely professional! Provided an additional service without cost which was unexpected and very thoughtful. Very surprised at the level of cleaning, I had a large coffee stain in my bedroom that I was unable to clean out myself. Two months after moving into a new construction home I spilled a large mug of coffee on my bedroom floor. Did my best to clean the stain myself with no luck. The stain have been on my carpet for nearly 8 months & Zerorez was able to almost completely (90%) eliminate the stain.
