Description of Work: Carpet cleaning of living room, 2 bedrooms and steps. I was the last appointment of the day so sat around all day waiting. when person arrived he got to work and used guards to protect the corners so the cords would not damage them. The areas cleaned look great. I plan to use them again and would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Zerorez has a 100% guarantee, but when I called after the service was completed to tell them about a spot that wasn't removed/treated, it was a struggle to get any satisfaction. I had to speak to several people before they would agree to send anyone back to address the problem area. While I had used Zerorez several times in the past, I will never use them again. My neighbor had other problems with Zerorez and feels the same way.

Our cleaning process meets all the requirements needed in order to maintain carpet manufacturer warranties. It is literally as safe as carpet cleaning gets.
