I think they are little higher cost but they are well worth it.

I had to have them come back and redo part of it. Which they did no questions asked. It was expensive, they're expensive. They are kind of high. I would say they are a good reliable company, and they do good work.

They were prompt in responding to my inquiry. They gave me a verbal quote over the phone. I was pretty impressed with them.

The guy was so polite and kept trying. I think they came out later the day I called or the next day. They were very very very nice.

They did say that the initial quote was an estimate, and that the technician would have the final say on cost, but the woman assured me saying that was "just a formality", and prices very rarely went much above the estimated cost. However when the tech arrived he informed me, that the cost was $55 for the carpet, if I wanted the bed moved, and $240 (which is a 100% increase from the initial quote) for the couch. He was unable to give me quantifiable reasons that the couch was so much more than originally estimated. The whole process seemed like a bait and switch...like they assume that once the tech is there, people will just pay whatever they are quoted because emptying out a room to get the carpet cleaning is a lot of work. Without physical proof of any determining factors, ie. a list that has certain qualifiers for cleaning costs, the price hike was totally arbitrary. I will never use Zero Rez, and I intend on telling everyone I know about the experience I had, how I was treated, and how Zero Rez tried, through vague wording, and lack of communication, to take advantage of the situation for profit. Poor form Zero Rez. Poor form.

I was very disappointed with the cleaning of the carpet. I will not use ZEROREZ again, even though I'm not a fan of "harsh chemicals" in my carpet, especially when my kids are lying on the floor. The first thing that surprised me is that ZEROREZ actually DOES use chemicals to pre-treat the carpet, and you have to pay extra for them. It is recommended if you have a pet. My total cost ended up being about TWICE what I was originally quoted. But, I want my carpet clean... so I paid for the multiple pre-treatments. Compared to other carpet cleaners, ZEROREZ did a marginally acceptable job of removing general dirt and traffic patterns, in spite of the pre-treatments. (I ended up hiring my old carpet cleaner to come and remove the dirt and stains from my carpet a few weeks after ZEROREZ had been to my house.) And when I think about it, I use soap to wash my hands, shampoo to wash my hair, and detergent to wash my clothes and dishes. Why would I think that simple water (even if it is "empowered") would clean one of the dirtiest items in my house... I thought it because I liked the advertising. I will not use ZEROREZ again.

They had a set rate. The price was a little high, but they did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again. I like how they do the work. I believe that they don't use soap; I hope I'm getting that right. My carpeting never looked so clean, and it stayed that way for a long time. It has to do with what they do. It's different than other places.

Great. The carpet was clean and dried fast. Nor sticky or crispy due to zero soaps used. The microfiber chair was a mess (dark sports and water rings all over) it dried without a mark. Going to have zero Rex do the next chair with the next round of carpet cleaning.

They're very good. The carpets always look great when they're done with them. They do a really good job; they're very personable, the people that come in the house. You don't have to wait three days to walk on the carpets. They're still moist, but by the end of the day and certainly by the next morning, they're dry. I think their price is pretty reasonable. They always run specials like three rooms for $150. Especially if you have children - I had them at one time, I have grandchildren now - but they mess up my carpet. We've had a dog and a couple of cats and you know, the mess that animals can make. I would give them an A all the way down. They simply take their time, they do it properly, they move furniture, they take care of your areas within the house; like we have wood floors in some areas of the house and they're very respectful. They do a great job.

Zerorez was able to get out some minor stains just fine, but do not expect their Level II Advanced Bio Treatment to work. They charge you per gallon of this treatment and it did not work. They would not stand behind it either. We are replacing the carpet and are out the fee to clean the carpet. Their "Gotta Love It" guarantee isn't worth much. They offered to come out and treat it again (with a possible extra charge!) Why would I think it would work now if the first two treatments did not work? Very unhappy customer!

The ZeroRez technician was on time, professional, and did a very good job. We selected ZeroRez because they quoted us a price of $239 to clean the carpet and six-piece sectional sofa. However, as soon as the technician arrived at our home and saw the size of the sectional sofa, he said ZeroRez could not clean the carpet and sofa for $239. Instead, he would have to add $130 to the initial quote. So, he could do the job for $369, plus $14 water reclamation fee, and tax. So, we either accept the revised bid or call another company. Since we had friends visiting our home in the next few days and scheduled the cleaning a few weeks in advance, we did not have much of a choice if we wanted our carpet cleaned. So, we went ahead and paid it. We contacted ZeroRez for an explanation. According to the company, they told my wife the cost of cleaning the carpet and sectional sofa would be $239 ($69 for the carpet and $170 for the sofa); however, the cost of the sofa starts at a minimum of $170 and may range up to $300 depending on the size of the furniture. So, as soon as the technician saw the size of the furniture, he immediately raised the price (bait and switch). When we first contact ZeroRez and several other cleaning companies, ZeroRez quoted the lowest cost. Based on the bait and switch, they no longer were the lowest cost, "A" rated carpet cleaning company. We had used ZeroRez several times in the past and enjoyed the result. However, after their bait and switch tactics, we will not use ZeroRez again.

Everything seemed like it went ok for the technician. We had just purchased the home and the carpets were in really good shape and not really dirty. So with that said I'm not sure what type of result I would have gotten if they were dirty or stained. As for the duct cleaning that went good as well.

They were a little backed up for an appointment.

Our association negotiated a bulk discount for people living here in the condo that wanted to use them. That is the first time I’ve used them. They did a good job and were very friendly and thorough, so I think I would probably use them again. I liked the fact that they don’t use any chemicals, they use steam for it. They just used the steam to clean and the carpet was so much softer afterwards. There wasn’t any oder from any type of shampoo or other chemicals. I was very happy with how they did it and the results. Just one person came out. He was very helpful. He helped move the furniture a little bit even though it wasn’t technically part of their responsibility. He helped move the heavier pieces. He was very friendly and thorough.

I found the Zerorez professional respectful, professional, and very good at his job. I would have no qualms about recommending this company to anyone. He was on time, surveyed the project, retrieved his equipment, and went to work. I now have clean ducts. Since then, I have had no problems with additional construction dust on anything. JOY!

Fabulous! I would never hire any other carpet cleaner again. They are heads and tails better than any other service I have ever used.
