The technicians explained the process of cat urine removal and went into more detail regarding the different levels of treatment available and potential efficacy issues. The original scheduler did not prepare me for the price increase for needing the level 2 deep treatment, which significantly increased the cost of the job. I think they did a great job and resolved my pet stains. I will use the company again and now I am better informed for what my carpets may need for future cleaning. My original expectation was 3 rooms for $149 + urine treatment. I also added the stain prevention treatment.

They were concerned that we might have asbestos in our ceiling tiles, so we had to have that assessed first before the work could be done. Fortunately, we did not have a problem so a different crew came back and eventually did the work. They did a nice job and it has made a difference in the air quality in our home.

Tech was very knowledgeable and capable. Service performance was the best. I’ll definitely recommend and personally use ZeroRez again.

They were on time. We had living room, sun room, hallways and stairs cleaned. They ran out of clean water more than half way through. They had to go back to their shop to refill their tanks, so took a little longer than expected. But the work was good and they came back to redo spots in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with their work.

It went wonderfully. When the technician arrived, I told him I'd read complaints about increasing the rates over what was quoted on the phone. I told him to look over the carpet needing cleaning and tell me how much it was going to cost. It was exactly what was quoted. The carpet is over 10 years old, very light in color, and came out looking great!

It went well. However, I was unaware that stairways must be contiguous steps and don't include the landing and the single step under the landing; additional charges for those although the technician waived them for me. The cleaning went quickly without damage to walls or baseboards and looked nice when finished and dried. The drying took less than a day.

David was awesome! He was prompt, thorough, and took care of every detail. The carpet looked great when he was done!

The technician was amazing, he had superior customer service skills and exceeded my expectations in how clean my carpet came out. I have cats, a dog and 2 young boys that have done quite a job on soiling our carpet over the years and never thought they could come out so clean!

Carpet looks fantastic. Area in front of couch where there was a traffic pattern evem looks great. Doesn't look brand new; wouldn't expect it to, but looks soooo much better! Very helpful, professional, and not pushy to sell other services. Other services were offered, but declined.

We had mixed feelings about ZeroRez, but overall we were satisfied with the carpet cleaning, but would recommend doing your research and knowing exactly what you want before they come so you are prepared for the “pitch”. Pros: The scheduling process was simple and straightforward, making it very clear what to expect and getting an initial quote. We were initially given a large time window which was reduced as it got closer to the actual time of service. We were always contacted with changes to our service window. The cleaner was careful in our home and put down floor covers and corner guards so nothing was scratched or bumped from the hose. Our carpets were cleaned within a reasonable amount of time and dried fairly quickly. Also, they were never more than slightly damp so we were able to walk on it right away. Cons: The final bill was much more than the initial quote we received because it included an offer that was not valid for the room sizes we had cleaned even though we provided this information at the time of scheduling. Despite asking for a regular carpet cleaning, we felt our tech pitched additional services that we were not interested in. This would have been fine if the tech moved on, but despite his effort to provide the information without a high pressure sales pitch, we felt it came across as too much because he brought it up multiple times despite our reluctance. Because of our hesitancy, he kept offering a new package for these additional services at a price point he hoped we would be okay with. We ultimately ended up receiving part of the service for "free” if we agreed to purchase some of the additional services he was offering. We ended up spending more than we had originally budgeted due to the additional services we decided to purchase, which we are responsible for, but we were not comfortable with the ever-changing service prices and packages. We would have preferred that all service options were given to us in the initial scheduling call, but instead we ended up paying more than twice as much as was originally quoted to us.

Good. They DO NOT scotch guard as a part of the cleaning service. They will do it, if requested, but it is an additional charge.

I don't know when I have had a more pleasant experience! From the first call to job completed, they were polite, courteous, and professional. The carpets look wonderful!

The price was competitive. The cleaners were good. I would not use their service again. In the commercials they say they don’t leave residue so that carpets don’t get dirty again. My carpets, within 6 months were filthy. They were dirtier than when they began and we’re very careful. We take off our shoes and everything and our carpets got filthy. It was awful, awful, awful. It was really bad. I tell everybody not to use it.

They did a great job and the entire process was easy right from when I called looking for them to help. They knew exactly what to ask me and what details I would need and the employee who showed up to do the cleaning was very thorough in showing us what he'd be doing, how he was doing it and what to expect.

Their price was pretty good. It was really clean initially. We have had to do some touch up after it, but it was pretty cheap. They were pretty responsive.
