It went well, but I think the name is a lot of marketing hype. It didn't appear to be any different than any other hot water carpet cleaning service.

Over all they did a good job. The one thing that was a problem was they charge you a water disposal fee to remove the water they use to clean your carpets. Unfortunately the tech on site decided to dump the old water from the earlier job into my snow bank. That seems shady to me to charge a customer water disposal fee and then just dump the water into snow banks.

Had to pay a minimum, but the person on the phone told be what extra services I could use to get up to that minimum. The 2 guys that showed up were friendly and courteous. They cleaned the carpets very quickly and efficiently. I was extremely pleased with the results-there was some staining that I was leery about, but they got it clean. Great job.

Was VERY impressed with Zeroez. Scheduling was easy. Communication (twice) on the phone prior to the job, email of instructions & what to expect prior to the job, prompt arrival, polite, knowledgeable technicians and fantastic results! They gave us at least 110% effort throughout the house, earning every penny. Will certainly use them again. Don't know if they let repeat customers request a certain technician, but I'm going to try to get their Chris Harding again!

The technician arrived during the promised window of time. I have a hallway that has some cat urine in it, and the technician suggested an additional service to target that. It was an acidic treatment to counteract the alkalinity of the cat urine. I knew the hallway needed it, so agreed to it - it was $60 extra. It was TOTALLY WORTH IT. My carpet looks brand new. This is the second time I've used Zerorez, and I will ALWAYS use Zerorez to clean my carpets. They do an amazing job. If you are considering replacing your carpet, try Zerorez first. It takes a few days for the carpet to completely dry, so if you're having a party, you may want to schedule the work for at least one week ahead of time.

We have used their services twice. We like that they do not use products, they use a chemical reaction that is with water. They do not use any chemicals, they are an eco friendly company.

After a bit of effort to upsell extra products/services, they actually did a wonderful job on our carpets. We were not interested in their extra services and found the results to be more than satisfying. I had called to make the appointment and they accommodated my earliest availability. They communicated with us to let us know they were on their way and were efficient after the sales pitch. We will definitely plan to use them in the future.

They did an excellent job. The carpet had not been cleaned for several years and came out looking great. This was the second time that we had Zerorez to clean carpets. I will not have to look for another carpet cleaning service. I will hire them the next time without a second thought.

They are excellent. They are always on time and are very professional. They listen to me if I have particular concerns and I have animals so they do a great job cleaning up a few areas where the animals had stood up. The carpets look new when they are done and smell good too. They are very good in removing the odors out of the carpet.

They were determined to get rid of the odor for us.

Zerorez arrived on time (a few minutes early) with a crew of 2-3 people. Once in the house, they worked quickly and efficiently to get all of the cleaning done. We received a discount for having unfurnished/open rooms with no furniture for them to move or go around which was good. Always the best time to have your carpet cleaned before the big move and getting settled in the house. As mentioned above, they applied special treatment to one spot on the carpet which was very evident prior to the cleaning. I was worried that it wouldn't come out and we would still end up replacing the carpet in that room. However, they worked on the spot and I was very pleased they were able to get it all out. Thank you, Zerorez crew! I was pleased with the service via phone to set up the appt and get the cost estimate. Friendly customer service agent and he explained the process and what we should expect.

Two man crew, one like to wander around. Didn't notice until they left, they must have snagged the carpet and then move love seat back to cover it up. They didn't say a thing while they were here. Very upset but not worth long drawn out claim.

They cleaned the steps to our basement, as well as a large carpeted area in the basement. They were punctual and extremely professional. The carpet looked amazing after they finished. Before the cleaning, we had had some large stains on various parts of the rug, which had been there since before we moved in (over 9 years ago). They were able to get rid of all of the stains, though warned us that, if the stains were on the pad underneath the carpet, they would likely reemerge as the carpet dried. This is indeed what happened, but the carpet still looked significantly better than before, and they did all that could have been asked.

Great job on cleaning wool area rug. Picked up and dropped off the rug right on time. The rug came back clean and in great shape. There was no added scent or anything, just clean.

We really appreciated his respect of our home and quality of service. He wore plastic booties on his feet, put something on the door to prevent bugs etc from coming in while he was cleaning. Moved some furniture, didnt try to "up-sell" anything. We were very happy with the result, even though our carpet is old. He also cleaned some smaller areas for free and gave us 2 bottles of spot remover for the future. This is the only company I would hire to clean our carpets.

Joe did a great job at cleaning our living room carpet and stairs as well as getting out the odors from pet urine. He explained what he was doing as he went along and also explained the chemistry behind it. Not only did the carpet come clean but also the pet stains/odors were gone.

Came on time ready to work. Discussed the process with us when he arrived and examined the carpeting to be cleaned. He connected the equipment and went to work within 15 minutes of his arrival. The job was done quickly, efficiently and looks great. We had him add a protectant after the rugs were cleaned. We don't clean our carpets often and did not know what to expect. We were very pleased with Zerorez and the results were excellent!

This was the first time in 4 years that we cleaned our carpet. The carpets looked good, but we learned that parts of our carpet are worn down permanently. So we learned that they have products that preserve the carpet so you get more years out of your carpet. This was a suprise since we don't have animals or wear shoes in our house. So beware that they will come with lots of upsell options.

This is the second time I have used Zerorez and will use them again. Zerorez was on time, did not dawdle, and did not try to sell me more services than I asked for. I could not have been more pleased with the quailty work done.

Water process only does not work on traffic stains in the carpet.... This method may be good on carpets than just need dust and dander removed... But, anything other than that, it is not effective. It looked clean after they finished... and within 24 hours, the carpet looked like it did before the "treatment".
