It went fine. He did a good job. He was very polite and tried to do a thorough job. It got quite expensive.

The guy was very pleasant. He did an excellent job. He was very accommodating and helpful. I would use them again. I wanted to find something that was green and no chemicals and good for the environment. The carpet stayed clean and that’s one thing that sometimes you when you use another carpet cleaner, they don’t stay clean. They also gave me stuff for the dog. He really worked on the dog’s area and they got all the spots out.

I found them through radio advertisement. They were professional, courteous, good communicators and good service. They let you know what they can and cannot do.

We will use them again definitely. We still have our original carpeting so at that time it was probably ten years old and they did an amazing job. We kept having them do more as long as they were there. You sign up for four rooms and they you say wait a minute can you do those. And they just overall the customer service and on-site person was awesome. I think what I really like about them is they weren't rushed. They weren't running off to a different job or something. We were really, really pleased with them. The ease of booking, it was easy to get it set up. We didn't have to wait a long time for our scheduled dates. They were definitely very polite and he was knowledgeable.

It was fine. I think that they are good about, supposedly their technique is different in that they don't use shampoos or other detergents and so forth. I prefer their technique over other peoples. They are very, very thorough. They want to make sure you are pleased with them before they leave and that sort of thing.

We were satisfied and they were good. One of the times they had left a little powder stuff in the carpet but it doesn't look like they had too much materials or something that they've left behind. They were back out to fix it so we were satisfied. When something didn't go right they took care of it. I like that fact that they don't use a lot of shampoo in the carpet.

Extremely professional and customer service oriented. John and John did a nice job. Everything was explained, any mess was cleaned up and register covers replaced. I've only had this done once before and the service, job done by Zerorez was far superior. I will definitely use them again.

I had them out to clean carpets back in November and that work out just fine. They just did enough of the cleaning and that work up pretty well. They ever try method of cleaning that doesn’t really a lot of people/resident doing that kind of thing and so that’s what they do. They do a hot water extraction and so that seems to clean well without living a residue that attracts the soil and earth and stain or whatever. They were a little way out from the urban area but they were able to coordinate pretty well as far as schedule and come out here and so that was good. They work around the furniture that I had there, got around or move the around the wall of bed as they went and they work up pretty good. Overall, I would give them the highest grade. I don’t remember exactly the price it might have been $150 or more not even more at $200. It works out pretty well for the area of carpet that we have and the most work that have to be done so I am so I guess I was satisfied.

Mark was extremely professional and explained everything. This isn't your bait and switch carpet cleaner and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase an extra such as the carpet protector. Mark ensured that I was 100% satisfied before leaving. Arrival was within specified window and the job was completed within the correct time.

They were fine. They did a good job.

They cleaned an empty house. We have used them in the past, and when there is furniture involved, the move it and put it on Styrofoam blocks, so that things don't rust. The carpet looks amazing. We just had to clean the oriental rug, because one of the animals had thrown up on it a couple of times. They clean up thorough, they explain everything that they are going to do, and they show you what they are doing, and everything is clean and dry when they leave. Their process involves things that get wet, their tubing and all, and they make sure that that is all dried up before they leave, and they wear booties, so that they don't create tracks. They were in and out within 4 hours after cleaning 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a hallways and and office.

They were great. They did a great job. In fact, I'll be calling them again. They were reasonable. They were on time and they did a great job.

They were good. I liked that I didn't have any of the residue stuff in my carpet. It dried at a decent time. They were more expensive. I have my carpets cleaned all the time. I know every carpet company there is! They were really good. I thought they were a little too expensive for the time that they were here. I would recommend them.

They were very good except their price is too high. Their service was excellent.

Overall, it went well. He showed up on a Saturday a couple of days after we called for the appointment. Did a nice job, protected the corners so that the equipment wouldn't damage any walls, etc. Cleaned up when he was done. Very friendly and personable.

The carpets were pretty much dry when the service technician left - which is important when stairs are involved. Prompt, did a good job, was friendly/professional. Couldn't ask for anything more.

They showed up on time, they were friendly, courteous, respectful. They were also very quick, the entire process only took about 1/2 hour, and I was afraid it was going to take considerably longer than that. I did not have to pay for their service, because it was covered by my contract with the roofers who were responsible for the leaking problem, so I do not know how ZeroRez compares in price to other services, but I have had my carpets cleaned in the past, and it was a much bigger process, took much longer and the results were no better than other places I have used. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

Red/brown rings of stain were left on light carpeting from moving furniture on still wet carpet. Unable to remove. A dark, grayish color showed up along entire perimeter of room and stairs.

Chip the paint off a wall and at first denied doing it. Finally after 2 weeks, sent me a $30.00 repair check. Would definitely not use again as he forgot to shampoo the back part of the steps and again had to come back. Totally not organized.

We have probably had them out here for maybe three times. I cannot remember the cost of their last service. They are spendy but they do such as a good job. We would definitely use them again in the future.

The young man who provided us the service was extremely courteous, prompt, thorough. There was one or two spots that he worked on that he could not get out, and he pointed them out to us, which we appreciated. They also do vent cleaning and will pick up throw rugs and take them to their shop for a thorough cleaning there. I plan to use them for both of these services at my new home. Highly recommend.
